The hotel room lock did not work, was told to keep the key card away from electronics even with a front desk agent accompanying me to the room every time we needed into the room, blood stains on the sheets my daughter was sleeping in, and no one to change the sheets so we were handed sheets and did it ourselves, the air vent fell off in the night, no shampoo in the shower. Offered $50 off the room stay, which was never applied. Got moved to another room after 2 nights and informed the front desk we would be contacting the GM. The window would not close in the new room without shoving it into the window sill. GM was notified of the room issues via email and we have not received any contact back regarding the stay.
