Quick 2 night stay.
Myself and two of my cousins went down to Chicago for a quick getaway weekend. This hotel is a very cute boutique hotel. We stayed on the 10th floor in a room with 2 double beds. The room was tiny. Would have been fine for 1 or 2 people, but 3 or 4 made it feel like we were on top of one another. The beds were comfy. Pillows not so much. Location is fantastic. Its close to mamy great restaurants, bars, and shops. The front desk ladies at check in were very nice, professional, and accommodating.

Woke us up because of an error.
After we checked in and were asleep, we received a call from the front desk. We didn't wake up in time to answer it. A few minutes later they knocked on our door and said they had booked our room to two parties and wanted to know our name. Seemed unprofessional and intrusive.
