Friendly...but Ants ...
Upon arrival, the staff was pleasant however..Our room wasn't what we booked, we booked a 2 bed suite and was given a 1 bed suite, when asked, they said it was because we booked 3rd party and its not guaranteed. They did offer a roll away bed that we eneded up habing to use. The side of the fridge and rhw counter where dishes sat had ants. When I made them aware, they said they woupd take care of it when they brought the rollaway bed. We left to go to softball games and returned thay night with more ants. The next morning I brought this up to the front desk, they asked if it was ok if maintenance went in while we were away. I agreed but when we retuned that evening, we still had ants and the room smelled of bug spray. Needless to say the ant problem was not resolved.

The room was not up to standards. There was dirt on the floor and hair on the pillows. Our room was switched and then the tv did not work. Front desk lady was very nice and did her best with what she had to work with. I was told I would be refunded, as we left because of the room conditions and there were not available rooms after being switched once. Waiting to hear from management on my refund.

Where s the towels
Front desk staff was great. Greetings with a smile. However, evertime went past front desk someone in need of towels only to be told none available at the time. I went 5am still none. So they need to purchase more. Also what hotel doesn't have an ice maker/ machine. Smh.

Ok, what I didn't like was the bed was too close to one side of the wall you can't get in. Other than that I thought it was great stay I wouldn't have said anything but you asked.

A little rough around the edges
Lobby mens room closed, womens had soap dispenser falling off the wall and dirty toilet. My room the deadolt did not work, bathroom door did not close, toilet kept running and the sink drain was closed 99% and water did not drain from sink. Bed however was comfortable.

Nothing..I will be writing a letter of complaint..took 40 minutes to check in, had to call for bath towels, coffee maker didnt work, phone didnt work..I asked for a main floor room when making a reservation..none were available..horrible experience

Property was dirty, stepped in gum at the front counter. Front desk took 10-15 minutes to get me checked in, she was on her cell phone the entire time. Room was old. There were dogs on the floor and the barked the entire night. Would not stay here again.

What I didn't like was the pet fee. $75 per night per dog which wasn't easily advertised on their website. It was sort of hidden and we would not have stayed if we knew that.
