Breathtaking ocean views. Loved sitting on the balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. We would have stayed longer but bed was uncomfortable. Hot tub was just warm. Shower water was only lukewarm. Wifi was fantastic. Best espresso down in the carve.

The photos that are posted when I reserved the room are totally false. These rooms are individually owned so what you see online might not be what you get. I’m not saying the photos are a lie, but the rooms are not all what you see. The beach was way too far. The beach view was whatever. My door didn’t shut right. I complained to the front and they said they would make a not and send to maintenance. I was really unhappy with my room. Even outlets weren’t working. They tried to move me next door- exact same room and quality. No thank you. So glad I was only here one night.

So many things are old, worn out and simply don’t work. Sink drain, No water rinse post beach. Fire alarm at 2am because of short in alarm system. Elevator not working once. No good on site eating options. The beach is big but pretty boring. I will not be back.

We loved our Family Suite. It was great to be together but also have seperate spaces. The ocean views were fantastic. We even had 2 bald eagles flying over searching for dinner. We had breakfast one morning on site and is was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Older hotel, has had some minor upgrades. Our single queen room was quite tiny but comfortable, but you could hear our neighbours tv through the wall until 4am. Bathtub was in rough shape, so went to the hot tub for a soak but found the walls of it to be quite dirty and there was a pack of noisy kids during the adult only time. It was ok but we’ve had much better options on our trip

We were to stay two tonight, but we checked out early. Not real happy with our stay. Check-in went well and the front desk agent was very helpful, after getting into our room we found our TV did not work. We called the front desk and was informed that they didn’t have anybody to come up and fix it until security got there at 8 PM. I decided to try to fix it myself which I did. In the morning we went to go have breakfast and was informed that breakfast was not available due to being slow season. I have to admit the hostess that we spoke with was very kind And even went out of her way to go to the kitchen to see if the cook was there, but unfortunately, he wasn’t. At checkout, I voiced my disappointment in the property the front desk agent was non-sympathetic to my concerns. when told that the breakfast wasn’t available the front desk agent stated we’ve never had breakfast then I stated that’s not what it says on your website and on Expedia it states breakfast is served daily and we were also informed of the breakfast and it’s time and location upon check-in, then when I mentioned the TV wasn’t working correctly and then I had to fix it she rudely asked well Did you tell anybody and I replied yes I did. She asked for my email to email me a receipt and I have yet to receive it. For the price that I paid for our stay, I kinda expected a better experience.

We stayed here for one night. All of the rooms have ocean views and nice patio/deck. The biggest downside for us was the bed, the bedding and the heater. The bed was pretty so-so in terms of comfort, the blankets thin and insufficient, and the heater was incredibly loud, which kept us up all night. There is full kitchen and if you are planning on staying for a few days that could come in handy. The beach in front of the hotel is fantastic. If we were staying for more than one night we would have asked for an extra blanket, but that still doesn't make up for the loud heater.

Always enjoy staying at Driftwood Shores. Every room has a beautiful view. Our only notable problem was that we had some VERY noisy upstairs neighbors late in the evening. A quick call to the front desk and it quieted down within about fifteen minutes, though.

First time coming to this hotel. The good- It had great beach access and ocean views. The bad- for the price of the room it didn’t include any breakfast. The shower had mold growing on the walls. Gross. The blankets on the bed was a flat sheet, with a flannel style thin blanket and another flat sheet on top. No real comforters. The biggest issue is that we booked this specific hotel based off the great accommodations for toddlers at the pool. We get there and half the pool accessories were broken and out of order. We didn’t get any notification before hand. Had we of known we would have picked a cheaper hotel with a pool that didn’t have the toddler splash pad, since we couldn’t use it anyways. If your pool splash pad is broken you should give a heads up in an email stating it’s broken and give people time to cancel in time to get a full refund.

The first room they put us in was really nice. It was a king with a full-size kitchen and there is no Wi-Fi. Apparently that’s like a dead spot that room specifically so the receptionist Luke was very kind to move us to the room below us and we were able to get Wi-Fi and Turns out the two beds had massive slopes in the middle of them so sleeping on those beds was not very comfortable at all. They definitely need to upgrade their beds and room 205 and fix the Wi-Fi in 305 other than that, Luke was amazing and our stay was awesome. We’ve been at this hotel before four years prior and will come back again as it is one of our favorites.
