Only stay when needed and not for vacation
Check-in went smooth. The concern I had was not having a restful night sleep due to patrons on my floor. A woman let a child run the hallway after 10pm and there was a dog, that was barking until midnight in one of the rooms. On a good note, the room was clean and the staff was nice.

Nice stay
The room was clean and comfortable, just sensitive to smells, and the air freshener or whatever they cleaned the room with was overpowering. It improved after running the AC for a bit. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable, food was good at breakfast, check-in was quick and staff were friendly and helpful.

Not bad for the price. Unfortunately it smelled badly of marijuana in the lobby and even the staff smoked nasty cigarettes in the entrance way. There was clearly a no smoking sign there. The good- Good location and close to lots of food.

The property was okay. When there was an issue with our cards, it was fixed right away. The issues I had was the $2 safe fee added to my bill and the rude lady (Caroline or Carolyn) at breakfast that literally took food away as we were making breakfast because it was 9:30 and as she rudely stated, "Well it says breakfast is over at 9:30. Other than that the place was decent.

We stayed here for a tournament. While the location was convenient, the hotel could use some updates… we travel a lot, and this wasn’t it.

Room keys did not work. Went to Front desk, gave us keys again that did not work. Finally made two new keys that worked. Room smelled of smoke and mini fridge had McDonald and Popeyes garbage in it. Moved us to another room.

We have a dog and my husband bought my dog in the dining area and the person whom was putting the breakfast food out told my husband our dog can’t be in the dining area. My husband seems someone with a dog in the dinning area and know one said anything to them. We thought that was not fair.

Front desk Nicolas does not know how to smile, not welcoming at all and always at the back of the office. I wonder what was in there. This Inn supposed to be a smoke free environment then why does it smells Marijuana on the second floor where our first assigned room coming from the connecting door. Unfortunately have to talk to this unfriendly, discourteous front desk guy Nicolas to change our room this time on the third floor. All Sleep Inn and suites that we've stayed this is the worse front desk staff. But Breakfast was great!
