It is older place our room was clean had small full sized fridge ,microwave and deep tub plenty hot water but when arrived there was a note and waited 10 min for any asssistance but was fast and smooth check in rooms clean n parking right in front the room i liked that screen doors were on the room and lock on screen door as well

If I could give this hotel a clean stars I would just your basic hotel but the owners are extremely pleasant very friendly very hospitable and they offer smoking rooms which I'm absolutely a fan of... So if you're in the Gilman area and looking for quaint cozy hotel room with extremely pleasant owners this is the place to stay. Everything was in poor condition, dirty, sketchy, noisy, etc. The ad said coffee and danish for breakfast which was not available. Who determines the ratings on this place ??? Had we not paid in advance, we would have left for better accommodations. I don’t know if I can trust using your site again !!

I spent 4 nights at this motel and was generally pleased with the experience. There was some confusion at check-in but a helpful gentleman not normally at the front desk straightened things out. I'd wanted an exterior room but learned they were all smoking rooms. He showed me a nice room and despite it being smoking, I took it. The spacious room had a large bed and full-size fridge as well as microwave and good wifi. Pillows were a bit skimpy but I'd brought my own. This place isn't a palace but it's a reasonably-priced & conveniently-located place to spend the night...I would stay here again.

Room had an overwhelming bad odor; a very, very, very strong bad smell. Good thing I just happened to bring my own pillows and blankets with me because God help anyone who sleeps using the dirty, smelly pillows and blankets on the room.

I just want to say I've stayed at some more upper class hotels and I've enjoyed my stay here more than any other hotel I've ever stayed at the staff have been super friendly and helpful housekeeping is very friendly the place is very clean it's quiet I feel safe here they've been very friendly and very accommodating I definitely recommend this place

This is an older place & could use an update, but was very clean with very accommodating staff. Oddly enough, it had the best in room refrigerator I've ever seen. Good value for the price and I would stay here again.

We are going through some very difficult times and have been staying here for about a week now. Due to how we have had to pay after checking out we have had multiple rooms. Each room has been emaculate. No issues except a microwave which they replaced immediately upon asking for one. The guy from the office is amazing and friendly. The housekeeper is also amazing and friendly. We are definitely not staying at any other hotel around here. This one is our favorite by far. Always clean rooms, no bed bugs, no issues at all. It's perfect. And the prices definitely beat super 8 and motel 6 nearby.

This place is extremely dirty. We were there and ly to lay our heads at night after a day of driving and it would have been better to sleep in the car had it not been so cold at night! Extremely dirty and unkept. NEVER AGAIN!
