Parking lot was unlit. Check in counter attendant didnt seem like she wanted to be there. Check in was fast and efficient, but there was no warmth of personality. Decor needs updated and over all, the hotel feels rundown. Door lock was extremely difficult to engage and had to be pounded shut as it was a slide lock and not the typical hotel door lock. We have stayed in about 8 different hotels so far this year and this is the only poor review I've given.

I liked how on the first floor, you. An qalk out the sliding glass door and the pool was right there. The breakfast was good, i do recommend maybe getting a extra waffle maker for when its alot busier, but everything else was really great.

They tried. It is easy to tell the hotel used to be grand. Current owners are making corrections, but the rooms still need a bit of help.

The front desk representative was amazing. He was friendly and very attentive. However, the room was not cleaned. There was hair in the shower a ring around the toilet bowl hair in the bathroom sink. Excellent breakfast, room updated. But the doors, windows and hall carpets needed replacing. Our lock had been torn off, bathroom door looked like someone had chewed it. Hall, entrance area and outside needed TLC bad. Looks old, but rooms updated. To use the hair dryer you unplug the fridge, just remember to plug it back in.

The staff was extremely friendly best I've ever come across and the beds and pillows were amazing the place was just a little worn down in some spots good breakfast unfortunately didn't get to test the pool that was mainly the area that needed sprucing up did room service very fast and tasty was limited late at night would definitely stay again
