We had to change rooms after the first night because the AC was not working even after they attempted to fix it. We did not have hot water at all during the entire stay which was 7 days.

Good location close to Chedraui and Oxxo. Very good bakery across the street. Pillows were hard and lumpy, had a hard time getting toilet paper and towels. TV did not work as well.

Estaban falllando los aires acondicionados, el cuarto estaba húmedo y caliente porque solo puedes prenderlo al introducir tu tarjeta de entrada al cuarto, creo que eso es algo que deberían de cuidar. Así como las almohadas terribles. El lounge de arriba era como un invernadero, si cuidasen esto sería muy agradable la estancia.

The property itself was very charming. It is an older building with some modern updates. It does have an elevator, which is very convenient for those who have mobility challenges. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water. A repeat guest mentioned that they experienced the same issues a year ago.

El hotel no tiene agua caliente en la ducha. Deberían informarlo en la página al hacer la reservación. Nos dijeron que era un tema del edificio y siempre estuvo así. A muchas personas puede no molestarle pero en mi caso de saberlo antes no hubiera realizado la reserva. Lo demás todo muy bien y acorde al precio que se paga, personal, habitación, etc

Schönes kleines Hotel. Tolles Zimmer, sauber, bequemes Bett, tägliche Reinigung. Leider ist das Problem mit dem Warmwasser noch immer nicht behoben. Es war zwar nicht eiskalt aber auch nicht wirklich warm. Schade!

Booked a superior suite which states king size. Apparently that is depending on availability which is not stated. We received a queen size not what I booked. Pool does not filter so is murky. Had to wait for towels to be washed. And had to ask for another roll of toilet paper. No hot water for showers. It is an easy walk to 5th ave.

The staff are all very nice. Dennis, Angel, and Michael are very helpful. The hotel is clean and simple. Nothing fancy, but well maintained. The cleaning staff are also excellent. Quiet area away from the noise. I will stay here again on my next trip to Playa.
