From check in to check out everything was perfect. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Great service and clean

Modern and clean hotel near University of Illinois campus. Great for a college visit with my high school son. Integral restaurant now open.

I am so pleased by how seriously the hotel and staff are taking COVID-19. Staff were wearing masks and gloves, sanitizer was available, they did not touch my ID or credit card, etc. The room is clean and very nice. The bed is too soft for me (could use a new mattress) but that is a personal preference. Highly recommended, especially during the pandemic.

Desk staff friendly, accommodating when I requested late check out. Beautiful lounge area with fireplace, hung out and read a while.

It was an average stay. The room and lobby were nice. The breakfast was ok. Fairly good variety. I did not like the breakfast wraps. It was loud. I turned on the fan because a woman’s laughter was keeping me awake. Considering it was past midnight this was strange. Good location

Excellent staff, very helpful, excellent location for my trip. I was there for my granddaughters basketball game at the State Farm Center. I was able to walk from the hotel to the center. To top it off, the hotel offered to me an umbrella for the walk. That shows they really do care about their guests. This will be my hotel of choice for future trips in the area. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

The hotel was very quiet and clean. Parking was easy. Water was odd. The half size water bottle was not enough to make it through the night. I had to use water that I had purchased. Breakfast choices were nice. Oatmeal could use additions to toppings, like nuts and raisins. I didn't use the exercise facilities so I can't comment on them. The young adults at the front desk were very courteous and respectful.
