I booked the room for my family thinking the pool was up and running little did I know the pool and half the hotel was being remodeled. I couldn’t cancel the reservation because I booked through Expedia tried calling Expedia but could never get anyone. I book the two queen suite with double sofa bed no sofa bed was Available.

I like this hotel, it is conveniently located justoff the I-220 loop and is just far enough away from town to be quiet, and close enough to not miss anything. The staff is wonderful.

Very clean hotel. Breakfast was well stocked and clean eating area. Friendly staff. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Gym cable machine was broken, which would be the and the toilet in my room had to be repaired, which was done promptly.

The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing a renovation, and one of the elevators was not working. The entire second floor hallway had zero air conditioning, and it felt even more hot than it was outside. Our room had a strange smell, and the carpet was wet. I later realized it was that wet Mildew wet carpet smell. The air conditioner could not keep up with the humidity in the room because of the wet carpet so it was very uncomfortable trying to sleep.

The front desk staff were all friendly and pleasant. I understood my room would be serviced every other day. We checked in Friday afternoon and understood our room would not be serviced on Saturday. We left our room on Sunday around 11:00 am and returned around midnight to an unserviced room. We were very disappointed not to have fresh towel and the coffee replaced for the next day.

Trimming bushes with chainsaw, outside our window, at 0630! Housekeeping would make an “attempt” to clean the room but never follow-up to make sure all was done! Free breakfast was good though!

Great location. Right next to horse races/casino. Unfortunately both elevators were broken and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs. They also cleaned the pool in the middle of the day rendering it unavailable to use from 4pm-pool closing time. There was also two huge roaches in the bathroom and the tub had a hair ball in it and drained quite slow. Breakfast was not full service and unless you want cold cereal or boiled eggs, don’t bother.

I will not ever stay at this place again. Room was disgusting, internet wouldnt work on tv, shower was not clean and doesnt regulate temperature. Pool area was not clean, no towels. Air conditioning was very loud and did not cool. Almost booked a room next door just to not have to stay.

Disappointed

A/C was noicy and distracting. Bath room was not great. Toilet paper was on the other wall almost out of reach. On Sat had to ask 3 times before trash was picked up. And again on Sunday it was not picked up at all. Doubt if we will stay there again.
