We couldn't stay. The hitel had dehumidifiers everywhere, black mold in the rooms, the sheets were damp from the moisture, the decals on the walls were coming off becaise even the walls were wet. The lady at the front desl, Bridgette was amazing. Poor lady was up there sweating and stull smiling and doing her best to please customers. The maintenance man thar was working was so accommodating, he we to checl 3 different rooms to find us the best room they had. It didnt work out, but those two rmployees were rockstars. Sad to see a Holday Inn Express in this poor condition. We even met guests in the parking lot that actually went and bought a box fan for their room to stay cool. Now hotels.com is trying to chase thebhitel down for a refund. It's all on this hitel, hitels.com has been wonderful so far. Waiting on a refund.
