Very nice hotel. Seems recently renovated. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Easy access to the freeway.

Room was very clean and cozy. Lots of room. I was disappointed that covid restricted certain things, which website wasn't very clear about. No swimming pool, spa etc. No hot breakfast buffet, which is why I chose this hotel. And dyring check in, reception was very rude as tho I should have known that New Mexico was on lockdown, even tho I'm not from New Mexico. Can't blame hotel for covid. Loved the room. Will definitely use them again in future.

Holiday Inn is great!

We were traveling through on our way to Arizona. It was very comfortable! Newly remodeled and very nice. The grab and go complimentary breakfast was great. Customer service at the front desk was very helpful. I will not stay in a different place when I travel through Las Vegas NM! This will always be my go to hotel!

Unfortunately one of our rooms had a broken sofa-bed so we had to improvise last minute and change our kids around in the middle of the night to another one of our family rooms. Other than that was a good stay.

The drain in our shower was clogged. we had to ask twice before it got resolved. They didn't make beds because of "covid" not sure how that has to do with the virus, anyways lobby staff very friendly and welcoming, unfortunately not the housekeeper who had a serious attitude when i asked for something. They are remodeling this location so it seems to be kept up nice and prices are good for the rooms. They had breakfast bags because they can not serve due to covid. it was okay but i think they should start sitting customers; would be nice to have those Holiday inn express signature cinnamon rolls again.

We have stayed at this facility many times. Unfortunately this stay was not one that measured up to our past experiences or expectations. In a nutshell, if you stay here and they try to give you room 107, do not accept that assignment. Aside from the highway noise, which is inevitable if you draw a room on the East side (the highway side) of the hotel, you ( your sleep) will get to contend with the ice machine noise (just across from your door) plus, there are two very large, very bright mercury vapor lights right outside your window that are used to light up that side of the building. They have tried to minimize this impact, however . . . The room should really be made into an office, closet, etc., or used as a last resort with some sort of a 'heads up' warning.
