It’s is a nice hotel, staff has always been friendly. Clean. But we choose it over the 3 nearby because my husband is in love with the warm cinnamon rolls.

The tv didn’t work in our room and nobody had staff could fix it. My son saw a cockroach in the bathroom. The people above us were so loud until 2am I called front desk twice to have them take care of it and clearly never did. Breakfast was never stocked and when she brought food out it was cold.

Not Great

Could’ve been better
The room was great , the only thing that pissed me off was I had 2 air conditioners in the room and neither of them worked so it was very hot and muggy my whole stay !

Worst experience I've ever had.
I couldn't tell you anything about the building itself because check in went horribly. I showed up with more people than the rooms capacity so I had to purchase another room (which I did with no push back and a smile on my face) but the desk lady continued to give me a hard time repeating the same rule of how many people in each room and stalling to check me in for my second room. I eventually got frustrated and changed my tone at which point she told me I didn't need to get hostile. In return I yelled at her because it became quite clear that myself and my guest were unwelcome no matter what we did to comply with their rules. She went on to tell me with an attitude that "they had 30 ppl upstairs yesterday" and so on and so on. Well who is "they" and what does that have to do with me and right now? Anywho, I gathered my guest and left with an attitude and in tears because things were said and I have never in my 35 years of living experienced anything like this. I found a nice, more accommodating hotel with nicer more welcoming ppl.
