When we arrived, there was no one at the desk. I began to wonder if someone had just quit and walked out on their shift w/o letting anyone know. There was one other person ahead of us who was there for a while before we arrived. He was on the phone with the call center lettimg them know that no one was there. Then the clerk showedup. I dont know if he was there by himself and had to handle an issue or what. When he returned, he seemed to be a little overwhelmed but was nice. He never explained his reasoning. When we got in the room it was dim but appeared to be clean. We notice a lot of upgrades. It is an older building but had tiled showers, laminate flooring, and updated decor. We only dropped our thinvs, took a quick peak and headed back out. We were on a time crunch. We did notice the tv didnt turn on and advised the front desk. Told them we were leavimg and would be back very shortly and it was ok to check the tv. He was super nice and when we returned shortly, it was fixed. Come time to shower and turn in, we noticed the tub wasn't very clean. We also noticed a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. We decided we were leaving 1st thing in the AM and be home in a few hours, we shower at home and tough it out.

Horrible Conditions & Insect Infested!!!!....

Horrible conditions at this location. My group had to change rooms multiple times for insects and unclean conditions. Please consider staying elsewhere. The money spent here was not worth the troubles we encountered. :-(

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Room Conditi

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe feedback is necessary in this case. My recent stay was unfortunately very disappointing due to multiple issues that significantly impacted my experience. Upon arrival, I found the room extremely hot—clearly the air conditioning was not functioning. I informed the front desk, and the only options offered were either to wait for a technician or move to a different room that did not include the jetted tub I had specifically booked and paid for. I requested a partial refund for the downgrade, but that was denied. As a result, I chose to wait for the technician. After approximately 30 minutes, the technician confirmed that the A/C unit needed to be replaced. An additional 40 minutes later, a new unit was installed. While I appreciated that resolution, the delay was inconvenient and not ideal after a long trip. Once the A/C was working, I tried to relax and watch TV—only to discover the TV wasn't functioning either. I returned to the front desk to report the issue, but no one was present. At that point, I was too tired to continue chasing down staff for help. To make matters worse, the noise from the pool area was excessive well into the evening, with loud music and the strong smell of marijuana making it impossible to unwind. The next morning, I discovered that the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and when I attempted to use the blow dryer, it didn’t work at all.This experience did not meet the expectations set by the hotel.

Pictures are deceiving

This hotel was not a great stay We would recommend going somewhere else. Upon entering the check in, the couple in front of us was complaining about roaches( palmetto bugs). The clerk then told us not to worry our room wasnt infected..great..to check the room out and let him know if we had an issue.. the pool was nothing like the pics online as well. Beds were not that comfortable.

Vi hade tur och fick ett renoverat rum. Rummet helt ok men man behöver be om städning. Frukosten är bedrövlig. Kan finnas en bagel att rosta med smör till. Dumt att skriva att frukost ingår.
