Beautiful on the outside
The grounds, swimming pool and gardens are beautiful, but the rooms are in dire need of attention. All fabrics (couch, chairs, carpets and even towels) were old and worn. Cleanliness of sheets and housekeeping was okay, but especially the bathroom was bad. Wobbly toilet seats and yellow and chipped joints all around. The staff was friendly, but opening hours for breakfast and diner were very limited and there was no food or drinks te be found at night. As the city is a 30 min taxi drive away, it does feel rather remote.

The setting was amazing and can't be faulted. The breakfast was cold and don't expect a great deal. It was not 5 star. Staff could do with some training of being courteous especially the owner who was awkward to deal with. Other than that it is a great place to stay and relax.

Très bel hôtel et personnel sympathique et serviable. Nous avons été très satisfait de notre suite familiale, très belle et spacieuse. Le Riad où nous nous trouvions était également très joli. Les 3 piscines un plus !

Lovely setting and grounds , nice pool area . Ideal for R&R. Breakfast quality poor, food uncovered and not chilled one poor staff member running around trying hard to do everything and same at lunch service . However very Good quality food at lunch and dinner including good quality beverages . What is the most disappointing is the very poor quality and standard of rooms and bathrooms, certainly not suite standard. Broken toilets, shower that floods bathroom and when reported told to put towels on floor by maintenance . Floor unclean when had to mop up ended up with black towels. Quality of towels and linen poor, thin torn and grey . Ripped, worn and torn furniture . Such a shame as some attention to detail and upgrading would make this a great retreat .

We stayed for 3 nights, we took the all inclusive option and mostly stayed at the hotel. We enjoyed the tranquility and the food options were fine but would be have been limited had we stayed longer. The service was good but for lunch the waiting time was a bit long due to being understaffed, during diner food came way too quickly. Overall we had a great stay at a clean and beautiful place with easy access to the city if needed.

L’endroit est joli, les suites spacieuses cependant le mobilier un peu abimé (toilettes qui bougent) et pas super propre si on regarde dans les détails (toiles d’araignées dans le salon sur le meuble tele etc ) Le propriétaire et le personnel sont très agréables Néanmoins Je suis tombée malade pendant le séjour suite à un dîner à l’hôtel , à priori c’était une intoxication alimentaire et en discutant avec d’autres clients, il semble que je n’ai pas été la seule. Ça m’a gâché une partie de mes vacances malheureusement.

Ambiance de camping rien avoir avec Marrakech, piscines sales durant notre séjour , petit déjeuner médiocre et restauration sur place pas bonne. Hébergement loin de la ville avec un chemin qui mène à la national dans un état catastrophique avec plein de nids de poule. L’hébergement n’a pas voulu nous rembourser la dernière nuitée alors que j’avais bien préciser que je devais écourter mon voyage et que j’avais le droit d’annuler sur le site avant mon arrivée. Chose que j’ai faite mais qui n’a pas été prise en compte. Je ne reviendrai jamais. Seul point positif le personnel.

We had a pleasant stay at L'oliveraie de l'Atlas , far from the world far from the noise, the setting is beautiful, it feels like an oasis. The personal is really professional and kind. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Transportation to the city center is well organized and safe. The food is a real chef's delight, a real treat, I recommend it.
