The foyer was very clean and welcoming, smelled very nice . The young lady behind the desk was super nice with a bright smile ! All staff was friendly. I felt comfortable until walking through the hallways to the room there was a very old foul sweaty odor throughout all the hallways. The elevator was very outdated and dangerous, real jittery, to the point that I was hoping it would not break on me.
The bed room seemed nice when walking in, all of the room doors SLAM behind you. I turned on all the lights and to my surprise found a roach running in the tub.
Me and my husband thought long a hard about if we should stay the night there or not. We came to the conclusion that maybe it was just ONE that came from the last visitors ? Maybe it’s not a major problem?? We decided to stay and did not see anymore .
Other problems:
The ice machines were not working except the 1st floor.
There was a long dripped line of blood on the side of the toilet.
The room did not smell clean.
Breakfast was mediocre. The waffle maker was super outdated.
