Quick getaway with college daughter. Room was huge and clean . Tv remotes were difficult to use . Staff was super helpful. Restaurant was good. Pool needed attention ( leaves and pieces of branches were in it )

Charming boutique hotel.

Had a nice 1 night stay at this charming property. The front desk man was so friendly and helpful. Not much English spoken, but we all managed. The steak house on property was really good!! Great service! It was nice not having to find a restaurant after a long day of driving. My only complaint was quality of facial towels and had towels…but so minor in the overall stay!!

Hotel was in good clean condition, staff were nice and the included breakfast was good! The road in front of this hotel is a nightmare with traffic so plan to add at least 20 mins on to the trip anywhere. The room we had was situated right by the check out desk .Since there are no elevators, starting at about 5am I could hear people dragging suitcases down the stairs, talking loudly, and kids screaming. I am a deep sleeper living in Manhattan and this was still extremely irritating woke me up every 15 minutes or so.

Very nice rooms, large bathrooms, beautiful outdoor hallways, nice lobby, beautiful property. There is a restaurant on site which was very convenient (but the steak was a little tough). :)

Die Nähe zum Flughafen brachte uns hierher. Checkin in der Nacht problemlos. Zimmer sauber, Betten sehr hart Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel nochmals buchen

Super classy cowboy-themed hotel! The rooms have been remodeled, featuring a big tub and a big bed. What we loved most was the location—just 15-20 minutes from San Jose Airport. The steakhouse was superb, with excellent service and beautifully antique-style interiors. The customer service was outstanding, and breakfast was great too! This is officially my new favorite hotel near the airport in San Jose. I’ll definitely be back next time!

We stayed here for a night in advance of a morning flight back to the states. We believed it was more convenient to the airport than it is. I suppose that is on us but it was a 25 min taxi ride at 7 AM. Waze showed it at about 45 min the evening prior with rush hour traffic. I suppose that is on me but consider something closer if planning to use it as a convenient access to airport.

What a great find close to SJO. We spent a night after a late arrival before continuing on the rest of our Costa Rica adventure. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean and it was very quiet.

This property is outdated and was pretty empty. It also said it included breakfast and then only included breakfast for two even though we had a double room for our family. Overall, I’d suggest staying somewhere else if you’re going to the airport.

We arrived very very late to the hotel and they were waiting for us at the gate. There was another individual waiting to show us to our room. It was very nice of them. Close-ish to the airport. Wish I could have eaten at the steakhouse!
