Está vez le pongo un 4 en el servicio, por dos cosas, la primera: falta de personal en el desayuno. A las 9'30 estaban todas las mesas sin recoger porque solo había una persona, no le daba tiempo a reponer las bandejas de fruta, pan, fiambre...se percibe la falta de personal, también en la cafetería. Segunda :con los puntos de fidelidad , antes lo hacían en el propio hotel, el personal de recepción es muy profesional, pero como ahora lo llevan desde la central de reservas, siempre tenemos problemas al canjearlos.

Pues como siempre un trato exquisito y profesional,tanto en Recepción, especialmente a Rubén, restaurante y cafetería.Esta vez quiero dar las gracias a David, que nos atendió en la cafetería y en el restaurante, por sus buenos consejos. Quiero dar las gracias a Sandra por su trato, ya nos conoce. Y en general a todo el personal, porque no sé muchos de los nombres, pero la atención ha sido exquisita. Al personal que atiende en el desayuno. Al personal de limpieza de habitaciones. Siendo las fiestas de Huesca, teniendo que atender a tantas personas, no hemos tenido ni un problema. Esto que comento a continuación son sugerencias: Hemos utilizado la piscina por primera vez, necesita limpieza por la parte del muro que da la sombra. Las mesas que hay para dos personas del desayuno y del restaurante son pequeñas, los entrantes de la cena y con la cristalería y cubertería que se usa, que es perfecta, no hay sitio para disfrutar de los entrantes como se debiera.
