劣

酒店入住時間是1500時，我1600時到check in還未準備好，需要等。入住房間很舒適，但厕所板有大條裂痕，好易使客人受傷。浴室嘅沖凉液及護髮素亦無refill。另外客房亦漏咗提供拖鞋。第二日到酒店食早餐，在櫃檯前之服務員並無帶領我們入座，自己揾位。不過我眼見前面及跟隨我後面嘅外國旅客則由佢親自帶領入座，使我覺得有被種族歧視的感覺。十分不悦！曾有幾名員工親口問我取煙吸，認真麻麻。

Great location with amazing staff

Beautiful resort

Had a wonderful stay, beautiful room and resort. Unfortunately the beach was black sand and not ver appealing to swim in but that is no fault of the hotel! Other than that everything was perfect

Fine for a night or two

It’s ok- would not stay longer than 1-2 nights. Room super far away, beach is bad and our “beach view” was mainly of a wall- bures share a wall so can hear everything. Nice common area though and staff is sweet and helpful.

We checked in around 7 PM and unfortunately only one front desk agent was working, so it took quite a while. Our booking included late checkout and in-room Wi-Fi, but the agent told us Wi-Fi required Hilton membership and seemed unsure about the late checkout. I had emailed several times prior to arrival via Hotels.com and their official site but never received a response. Our beach bure was clean and comfortable, but lighting inside the room was poor. It was set back from the ocean, with two other bures in front of us — though we could still see the water from the patio. If you’re expecting turquoise waters and a postcard-perfect beach, this may not be the resort for you. The beach area near the pool is nonexistent — to reach any beach access, you have to walk to the far end near the horse stables. The water is murky due to river outflow and mangroves, and the sand is more like soft mud. That said, the massages were excellent, and the horseback riding was a lovely experience. Themed buffet dinner was okay, but breakfast was very good, and the swim-up bar was a highlight. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful overall, but communication and beach expectations could be improved.

way over priced for what you get

Exceptionally disappointing, paying 4 star prices to discover its 2 star quality, the redeeming feature is how nice the staff are they really do make this place better. However The photos on line must have been taken when this resort was built at least 20 years ago. The rooms are very tired all need a big make over, the villas are large and thats the only good feature, despite paying for a beach front villa they had aligned the wooden door and opaque glass to the front so you can only see the water through a very small window, some of the villas have sliding doors to the ocean which are better and its worth requesting this. no USB plugs, furniture all looks old and stained. No sun loungers on the large balcony only a table and upright chairs . The social areas are ok, the pool is ok, after watching a big bunch of men spend 6 hours drinking beer next to the swim up bar without getting out i was not tempted to get in. There are plenty of loungers and the staff will bring drinks, but if you walk around the resort edges you see lots of rubbish piled up dilapidated buildings. The food is pretty bad, very few vegetables are used at any time. lots of deep fried and creamy dressings. (the seafood buffet night is an exception that was pretty good. You cannot pay with cash so you have to use a credit card and they pass on the 3% fee. We were so disappointed we forgo the last night that we had paid for and moved to the Sofitel . which was actually cheaper and a heck of alot nicer.

Everything was wonderful, the staff was amazing and the setting was beautiful. My only disappointment was that there was not much of a beach and was very rocky. The water was brown which may be due to the time of year.

This Hotel is very old and it has seen good days..need urgent renovations. There is not enough light in the room,no light in ceilings. Bottom lights are useless..I complained to reception that the light and telephone was not working ..nothing was done..it seems your voice is unheard or you talking to walls. I stayed two nights and could not sleep well both nights. The air-conditioned is so loud,we pay so much to have sleepless night's. I walked to the reception since the phone was not working and asked the reception and the housekeeping staff for clean towels next day but unfortunately no one came with clean towels. ..i had to use the used towels. No use complaining at front desk because the only word they say or are told to say is "SORRY". I paid around $1000 for two nights and regret a lot. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Loved our time here. It has no sandy beach but the pool is great. It is 35 minutes drive from Denarau where all the island day trips and sunset dinner cruise leave from so that is an added trip expense. The local town of Nadi isn’t safe for tourists we were told, especially women. So the day trips are the thing to book. The staff could not do enough and all local people which really enhanced the Fiji experience. The Tavu restaurant served good food but that’s it. Room service food was good and breakfast buffet.

The property desperately needs refurbishment, it is old and tired with only the room bathrooms resembling anything modern. Our bathroom window was broken and could not lock. There are very limited dining options however the food at these places is excellent. The breakfast is the same every day so it gets boring quick. They do not allow outside food or beverages at the resort so the limited (but tasty) offerings they have is all you can eat unless you're willing to travel out. While staff are helpful, they are also very slow. The head chef at the breakfast buffet visited every table one morning but walked right passed mine which I thought was strange (maybe I look too local to be important enough to talk to). All in all, I'd consider the establishment more on a 3star level than 4.

Lovely hotel with ginormous rooms. Staff is great - very nice and attentive. We had a short stay here on our way to New Zealand and it was nice to break up the flight from the US and enjoy some R&R on along the way.

Amazing place very clean and tidy. Nice and peaceful, the pool was amazing especially with the weather being so hot.villas were beautiful and spacious, my only issue was the bed was to firm and pillows a little lumpy. The food good but over priced. Kesia was amazing and very help. Tala and Sushmita from F&Bwas were so helpful from day one always offering a hand at breakfast and very welcoming. Overall had a lovely holiday.
