Great quality. Excellent staff.Quentin was a pleasure and very helpful. The lobby and room were both clean. This was my second stay, with the 1st being nearly 8yrs ago and the staff was and is still great. I like the fact that the main doors are key card accessible only after 8pm.

Stay was nice the customer service was very good and the room was very nice. The only issue I saw was the shower and curtain by the air conditioner had mold on them that was clearly just ignored.

Needs TLC
The workers were very polite!! The hotel was super old. Stained comforter, stains on the walls, very bad bathroom. I’m not one to complain but the hotel needs updated tremendously!!! Had to switch out of the first room cause it smelled of smoke even tho they have a non smoking policy.

Friendly staff and clean room, just a little issue
Decent room, especially for price. A little disappointed that only two sheets of toilet paper were on the roll and zero replacement rolls. I prairie-dogged it until my morning shower. TV was a little difficult too, kept asking me if I wanted to plug in my own cable box; I generally don’t travel with one.

Good service, no hot water
Staff was very friendly, room was clean. The only real issue was there was no hot water and the hallways reeked of pot coming from at least one of the room. I did not mention either to staff.

Terrible service, dishonest, no rooms after paying
When we arrived they were unable to give us the two rooms we had already reserved and paid for. The first room was locked and they were unable to get it open. The front desk person stated she would have to get a maintenance person to reprogram the door or fix its lock but she did not offer to call them and expected us to cram our group of 8 into one room; she was not even willing to walk up to our room and confirm that none of us could open it though we tried with 3sets of reprogrammed keys for half an hour and the guests in the room next to us also tried with no success to help us. Despite initially telling us they had plenty of rooms when we came down to the desk after the third attempt to unlock our room,they stated they only had one other room to offer us and while the door was able to open on this room it was so full of cigarette smoke, despite being guaranteed to be 100 percent smoke free, that a member of our group with asthma began having difficulty breathing. The front desk person refused to reimburse us or give us a credit for another of their chain of hotels and refused to switch us to another room. They stated that because we had booked through hotels.com that we would lose both rooms and that there was no assistance that they could offer us other than to check us out. We ended up having to drive to another hotel and pay for two more rooms. The front desk person may not have been able to help us. But she should been willing to call a manager or a handyman.
