It was an older motel, we like to park in front of our room door. It’s easier when you have to walk your dog. Real close to hot springs national park and the bath houses and dog park. We were there one night, but the room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

This is a 1940s motel. It is clean and comfortable but very dated. The front desk woman was very helpful. It had some unique features. The bathroom floor was very strange.

This a cute little 1940's motel that the owner has maintained very well. Does it show its age? Yes, but thats also what makes it unique. The rooms are clean and Gina (office) is very helpful.

Old and super outdated. Not much else in the area. Not worth the $115 we were charged for a night. Room was hot, fridge was not plugged in so it was useless. Very sketchy place, but we didn’t feel unsafe.

The place is clean , the people in the office were so so nice. But, they need New Beds . The beds so uncomfortable. Could not sleep. The beds are too old . Please get new mattresses !

Ungeplanter Höhepunkt! Sehr freundliche, deutsch sprechende Dame an der Rezeption,die alles erklärte und uns auf die wunderschönen Petroglyphen in der Nähe aufmerksam machte. Der Besuch dort war eine tiefgreifende Inspiration. Vielen Dank! Glücklicherweise war sie sehr aufmerksam und gab uns ein Zimmer ohne Haustierbelegung obwohl das von Expedia falsch vermittelt worden war. Daher war das Zimmer, sauber und individuell eingerichtet mit sehr bequemem Bett-eine WohltatKühlschrank stand in einer separaten, zum Zimmer gehörenden Küche, bezaubernd,uralt, voll emailiert, ein Museumsstück. Durch das Küchenfenster schien die Morgensonne und durch die Glasbausteine im Bad ebenfalls. Die Abendsonne schien durch das große Schlafzimmerfenster und davor stand ein Schaukelstuhl. Der beeindruckende Quellpark von Thermopolis ist fußläufig erreichbar, sehr schön angelegt mit sehenswertem Schwefelquelltopf, Badehaus und Büffelland. Obwohl das Rainbow an der Durchgangsstrasse liegt beruhigt sich der Verkehr nachts. Dann lohnt sich ein Blick nach draußen. Neben jeder Tür leuchtet eine bezaubernd, verschnörkelte Laterne. Es ist ein romantischer, heller Ort mit besonderer Athmosphäre, Wir fühlten uns im Rainbow sehr wohl,genossen das Licht, viel Platz und eine Garderobe mit vielen Aufhängemöglichkeiten und Sitzplätzen. Wir werden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten und empfehlen es allen Reisenden, die mehr Wert auf Licht, Raum und Besonderheit legen als auf glatten, dunklen, Pseudoluxusschick.

Chatty desk clerk, hard bed, paper curtains
It starts with a chatty lady at the desk, too much chat & little action, paperwork should have been handed prior to arrival, she manually entered every piece of info anyone qould ever want to know about a 1 night stay, way overboard, then she gives my wife & i a room right next to the noisy road when others were available. The hotel room was way out dated but adequately clean, curtains were paper thin so light was way too bright, bed was hard & pillows were hard (give me a My Pillow plz). We enjoyed Thermopolis & the city hot springs & will be bak, but not to the Rainbow motel.
