I would have given this property a five star rating except for one big but -- no towel exchange no matter how long someone is staying. In our case, we each had one bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth each for a six day stay. W hen I inquired I was told I could go to the laundromat (the self-laundry room at the property was closed for repairs) down the street and wash the towels myself. No way should I be expected spend my vacation time and money to wash their towels! I re-read the description and policies of the property and there is no mention of this very poor policy.
On the other hand, the condo was sufficient for our stay. Comfortable for a couple or a small family. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. Property was quiet. As indicated in policy no maid service but with the supplies provided, we took 10 minutes each morning to make the bed and clean up a bit. Pool, spa, barbeque area, tennis courts, outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after the beach. Location is across the street from a beach park, turtle pond and whale museum. Nearby Azeka Shopping Center has restaurants and services, including reasonably priced Boss Frog for a variety of rental items and not to be missed Nalu's South Shore Grill.
