丹佛到黄石公园，中间的歇脚地，怀俄明州本来人口就少，这个小镇就更是了，人气和中国西部的乡下类似，前台不再酒店里面，而是邻近的一家餐厅内（应该是一家的），入住附赠送早餐（花样蛮多，选了培根鸡蛋的套餐），登记在餐厅的前台，然后拿房卡后到酒店大门刷卡入住，全程自助，英语不好伤不起。里面设施倒还不错，房间宽敞，设施卫生，虽然邻路但还算安静。步行五分钟有个dollar tree，物美价廉，经济的驴友可以在那里弄满黄石的补给。总之，还不错，好评！

Not worth the reservation

To start I drive a truck and trailer about 40'. Parking was a problem due to the way others park and no marked spaces. Went to the office to check in which was in a Diner that at 11:15pm that had a funk smell going on. The desk clerk was gone and the cook told me that she went to make a drop. 40 minutes later she came back all the while I got to stand and wait in the entry of the diner. When she arrived she started helping another person that arrived after I did looking for a guest. After about 5 min. and not finding the guest she started helping me. I had made a reservation online and paid on line. She had trouble finding it even though my name was there on the screen. I was then told that she didn't have the room I reserved (single King) and that she would put me in a double Queen. another 15min went by and I asked if I could get the key. as the room I was to get had been given out she was having problems coding a key to the room she put me in. Finally about 12:05 I got to walk to the hotel not far but a different building get into the room to find no soap at the sink and when I went to get it out of the tub room noticed that they had left me 2 conditioners and no shampoo. Other than that the room seemed okay and after a full day of driving and work I passed out on the bed. By 6:30am house keeping was cleaning rooms and not being all that quite. Time to get up and finish a 4 hr drive to my destination.

Ok stay for 1 night but wouldn't stay again.

Booked us in a room with people already in it. New room had a dirty bathtub and blue fuzzes on the floor. Bed was clean though. Not many towels. No cribs available even though website said they were available. No body wash or lotion provided. Weird microwave. Hidden $50 fee I was not informed about but was charged to my card after as a different payment from my original payment.

Reception unhelpful, you had to request then carry coffee machine to room. Sink area outside of bath had no counter space. Charged $50 in case something missing (!), this charge took a week before canceled. Horrible attitude, unfriendly, unhelpful, stay anywhere else, just not here.

Very nice place for an overnight stay (we were passing through). Strange way of checking in- at adjacent Penny’s Diner. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Penny’s Diner - food was good and portions were very generous! Service was good.

Check in was easy and quick (no lobby - check in was at the diner next door which was a little odd but worked ok). Area felt safe. Convenient location off the interstate. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Mostly quiet but could hear some noises from other rooms nearby.

The shower was stained or dirty. TV not hooked up to a signal,the diner doesn’t have a paper menu, QR code menu not good for the old people.. No on grounds staff to answer questions. The diner staf has terrible customer service skills. For $200.00 a night I expect more customer service.

There was no drinking glass in my room and I called down to tell them and the desk person seemed surprised that I wanted one. In order to get a glass, I had to order coffee materials, which were delivered in a big bag. I have never stayed anywhere where they did not provide glasses. Also, even though I had prepaid my room I had to fill out a detailed registration form like they had never heard of me before. A strange place, this. I won’t be back.
