My wife and I went for an anniversary getaway and we had a great time staying here. The staff were super friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed eating it in their beautiful flower garden. There was some annoying construction going on next door but we would definitely stay here again. Also, 10 minute walk to 16th street is nice!

Beautiful spaces, the attention to detail and historical relics from Denver area are really nice. The most comfortable I've ever slept on, aside from my own, and I did make a note of the type of mattresses they use because I want one! Breakfast was really good, met some nice people. Loved my stay here.

Everyone was SO NICE! Food was lovely, location is excellent. The bed was my only complaint. I honestly couldn't wait to get back to my own after a few nights. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and I would absolutely come again if there was a memory foam mattress!

So cute and accommodating. They asked for dietary restrictions ahead of time and made special gluten and dairy free cookies for my daughter. Breakfast was good and the staff was warm and friendly. They even have their own off street parking! Only downside was how loud guests were at night. I’m assuming it’s because they knew that no staff was present after hours.

This place was super special. Very clean and sweetly decorated. The innkeepers were so friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. This will be our new repeat when we're in the area.

Billed as an "urban bed and breakfast" it is certainly that. Easy walking distance to the general downtown area and a little further walk to the RiNo arts district, it is conveniently located (hardly ever used our rental car). Breakfast was high quality and sufficient portions. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room decor was vibrant and fun and, in general the room was comfortable. Being a pre-1900 building and decorated with antique furniture, some things might not live up to contemporary expectations like amount of hot water available and sofa cushion padding but it would be strange to expect otherwise. There are plenty of modern luxury hotels in Denver if that's what you want.

Queen Anne's was one of the best places I've stayed at. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for me with food prep/store when I couldn't make it to all the breakfast times. The charm of this 1800s building was just wonderful, and each room is beautifully unique. I liked the parking in the rear. The area/community park out front can be a little sketchy, so just keep an eye on your surroundings.

Wonderful experience from check-in to the room and home amenities. The host took care of me and even graciously prepared a to-go breakfast as I had to leave for an early flight! The house was beautiful, and I appreciated all the little touches such as baked snacks and an array of tea available for guests. :) Thank you for a lovely stay!

My fiance and I stayed here for the weekend to go to a bridal expo. Inn keepers were so friendly and hospitable. They had delicious home made cookies, breakfast was fantastic. On top of that there are plenty of places to walk to for entertainment and food. All in all I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Amazing staff! They would stop whatever they were working on just to chat with each guest. They baked cookies in the evening for everyone and made an excellent breakfast as each guest was ready. Outstanding experience and I will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Queen Anne! It has a European hostel feel to it, but with much nicer rooms. Our room (suite 3) was perfect, and super cozy. Breakfast was spectacular both days we stayed, and they were super understanding with allergies. The hosts were some of the nicest people we've met, and there are binders full of menus for local eateries. Good parking in the back, great tea selections, and so much more. I can't recommend the Queen Anne enough. I can't remember staying in such a fantastic hotel or BnB here in the states.
