Addison in the restaurant was fabulous waiter! He needs a raise! Room was clean and comfortable. The smell in the lobby was fabulous! Wow! People at desk need to be a little more friendly. Elevators are quick and easy. Parking lots free! Food venues have large servings and are excellent. I always leave this hotel with happy feeling. Thank you!

The tub did not drain properly. This is not the first time I have expereinced this at the Horseshoe. This is a serious problem. All they said when I checked out was thanks for letting us know. Not sure that I will return, plubming shoudl always work well. Also I could hear the alarm clock in the adjacent room go off. Comes acccross not very private room from sound.
