Don’t Stay Here!
Terrible stay in terrible situation for the hotel. When I was checking in, I found out the hotel was filled with people who were still there after the hurricane and tornadoes hit Augusta. Also found out the whole hotel is dog friendly and I’m allergic to dogs. They had no luggage carts And a staff person told me people are keeping them in their rooms for storage. Luckily there was a food type cart which I used and kept with me overnight. I would never do that under different circumstances. I have nothing against people who have to stay somewhere after the hurricane. I was just shocked to find out it affected Augusta so bad. Plus, people were not taking care of the property, trash outside most doors. As a single woman I did not feel comfortable being there, but I had to stay this property had a 8.8 rating when I booked it a few days ago.

Cell Phones are a No While Working
The hotel was clean and welcoming. The young lady behind the desk the night we checked in was more worried about her phone and flirting with guys than actually taking care of us. The next morning, Amanda was absolutely amazing, however. My Mom fell and Amanda rushed right up to help. She made the overall stay one of the best stays I have had in ages.

Perfect for pets
We stopped in Augusta for the night with our Dog and cat on our way to Gatlinburg. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and price was Vera competitive with surrounding hotels.

Property was ok but not in the best area of town. Tried to connect to WiFi and a “Bathroom camera” Wi-Fi option came up which was concerning and made us feel like there was someone watching us in the bathroom. Kind of unsettling. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. They made us sign a form saying when our stay was up we would leave and not try to stay. Not used to this and again it made us feel like the hotel has experienced some odd things. Overall the hotel was ok but we did not feel as safe as we would have expected.

I can not recommend
The day before arrival I received a call from the hotel, direct. They said they were cancelling my reservation and I needed to go into hotel.com and cancel. I refused. Then they said that my credit card didnt go through and was denied. (I had already been charged so I knew it was not accurate.) I told them they could only cancel my reservation if I received an e mail with a valid reason. Then they said I could stay! The room was clean except for the vinyl floor. It was all sticky. I washed with water and hotel linens. They were filthy when I was done. While the kitchenette was lovely, there is not one plate, pot or anything to use. Not even plasticware. The free breakfast consisted of breakfast bars and packaged muffins that were all gone within 30 minutes and nothing was restocked. There is no maid service unless you stay a week. The bed was comfortable and I did appreciate a coverlet that is washed between guests (I hope).

Due to Huracane Helene the lights of the hotel went out after one day the water stoped running in the hotel I understand that the problem is the staff did not move a finder to try to make things a little bit more confortable to keep the stay left 2 days early and they did not care

Complain de la habitación.
Recepción muy amable, rápida y profesional, habitación buena pero no tiene cafetera y no hay café en el lobby, el desayuno regular, la estadía en la habitación malísima, estábamos en el 3er nivel y en la habitación de arriba en el 4to nivel hacían demasiado ruido en la madrugada y no se podía dormir bien.

We discovered the comforters had what appeared to be blood stains on the underside of them, that we would not have discovered had we not pulled the spreads back to disinfect. I asked for replacements, there were non available at the time. The shower had stains and there was debris / trash under the bed from the previous customers. The local weather conditions did not help either. To be fair. A hurricane hit the area the first night we were there. I was in town 3 days for my father's funeral. The power was out in the entire area as well as the water went out the second day. I would think a well established chain such as this would have emergency generators and water supply tanks to assist its patrons. It was a miserable three days with no plumbing, power or sewage. They already had my money and I could not get a refund to go elsewhere. I'm sure the property would be livable under normal conditions. However, there should be some discussion for future emergency provisions for their guests. Even to offer water and non perishable items to make them more comfortable.
