Dirty.

Had to switch rooms before the first one the sheets were not cleaned, had dirt all in the sheets. 2nd room smelled like cat pee but the sheets were clean mold all in the showers. Would not recommend.

fine if all you need is a few hours sleep

We booked this last minute as we were driving through the area at 11PM. The price was right for the limited time we would be there. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for though. The bed looked clean and was comfortable; however, the room smelled stale and the bathroom was not as clean as it should be.

Cleanliness not a priority

At the time of this booking it had a rating of 7.2. Which was one of the higher ones at the time in this town. Once I got inside my room, the carpet felt like it was caked with something and sticky, and a hot water worked sporadically. I don't know how they got such a high rating but the motel is not worth the price. The carpet had garbage all throughout the area, as well....in the room.

Walking up the stairs to the second floor horrible condition. Almost felt like hooker hotel. Took some pictures. Tv didn’t work had to fix it ourselves. Had half roll of toilet paper in our bathroom had to ask for more. Bathroom door falling apart. No house keeping. Not enough towels. Pool was not in service, false advertising.

I had to call and ask for new sheets cause it looked like there was blood on the other ones and they just gave me a new room. ended up leaving the hotel due to mold in the second room.

Good check-in and then downhill from there. The room door VERY difficult to open, multiple lights did not work, dirty-looking towels/bath mat, could not get the bathroom light to turn off AT ALL once we turned it on, little toilet paper and no extra roll (no staff at the desk to get any more, even after ringing bell as desk sign noted), carpeting needed swept around edges, poor breakfast choices and quantities of items.

Never again will we stay here dirty bedding not washed from the previous people ants in are food that we just bought from Pizza Hut we sat it down on the desk never saw one ant my son went to get him a piece of pizza and couldn’t eat

First room smelled bad , bathroom light did not work and fan was hanging from the ceiling. Floor was dirty . Got another room upstairs. Wall by bed was full of some sort of spill splashed on it. Bathtub had no anti slip mats and showerhead was flimsy and leaking. Toilet was running 24/7

Security latch on door was falling off. Housekeeper walked in on me, ignoring DND sign. Coffee maker was broken. Cable TV was out half the time I was there. Breakfast was only waffles and muffins. Fridge froze all of my food. Construction workers' loud trucks woke me up at 5am.

Usually I stay in the front but this time he put me in the back of the property and it was very noisy and the deadbolt would not lock correctly. The room was not very clean. Noisy from other people staying and from the freeway. Recommend staying in front rooms.

The night staff is always helpful. The day staff is nice but when requesting things like towels it never happens always had to wait for night staff to get things. Even though its close to the freeway it was quiet. Needs some updates but comfortable.

Where to begin? After a long day on the road, all I really wanted was a hot shower. Hot, was not even nearly what was achieved. If the water made it to body temperature I would be surprised. When I got out I grabbed a towel and started to dry off only to find what looked like a blood stain on the towel. More blood stains on the blankets as well as other unidentified stains. It made me want to sleep in my car which I had spent 12 hours in already today. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I should have spent the extra 20$ and gotten a better name hotel chain... live and learn I guess. Never again.
