This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The place was dirty and the towels were so old I would be embarrassed to donate them to Goodwill! When we first checked in, the front desk clerk gave us keys to room 210. When we got to the room and opened the door, there was clearly someone staying in the room as there were clothes and such everywhere! We had to go BACK to the front desk and she was on the phone and I had to stand there and wait for a good 15 minutes. I told her the room was occupied and she seemed like she didn't believe me. When we did get into our new room 216, the place was dirty and so old. For example, cigarette burns on the bathtub, cracked bathroom sink, paint all over trim, bedspreads that were stained and threadbare, fingerprints all over mirrors/picture, food still in fridge from person before, toilet that barely flushed, etc.
The next morning I went down for breakfast. It was seriously BARE BONES and signs everywhere "Do not take food back to your room." There was no coffee. This was pointed out to the front desk clerk who just ignored it.
Next, housekeeping came to the room. My husband told him we didn't need any service but could we please have 2 towels (since the ones in the room were absolutely horrible). My husband was informed we could only have 1!
When we got back to the room that night, our keys didn't work. We had to again go down to the front desk to a different clerk and get new keys as they were not programmed right.
