Arrived Friday for 4D/3N stay, check-in was swift no problems., staff is very hospitable and nice. At first glance seemed pretty clean. Apparently they host a lot of functions, a birthday party the first night, second night a wedding. The indoor pool water was freezing. The continental breakfast was nice the cleanliness, saw housekeeping yet no one came to clean or remake beds. I didn’t see anyone in the hotel cleaning which attributed to a lot of debris and trash on the floors, hallways and the stairwells. The exit door adjacent the stairwell was broken when we arrived was now completely off and replaced with caution tape, and paint tape…by the end of night three the door had not been repaired, and was just open. Major safety concerns and it left the hallway very cold, especially after leaving the pool. There’s a place called Malibu bar and lounge adjacent to the hotel, seemed like a nice place to grab a few drinks and bust a few dance moves but they were charging a $50 cover charge just to come in which was pretty disappointing. Vent in the bathroom was filled with dust. Pillowcases, shams, blinds, balcony area were dirty. And although there were only two levels, the water pressure was very low in the water did not get very hot, placement of showerhead was crazy, I’m 5’9 and the showerhead came to my neck, had to duck down to wash my hair and fully rinse. Overall stay was nice, location was chill near airport. I would stay here again 🙂

Property looked run down from the outside. The lobby has been upgraded and was clean with nice seating areas. Parking area was ok. Had some sketchy characters hanging out in the parking lot. Heard loud yelling and arguments on and off throughout the evening and night. Did not feel safe. Will not stay here again.

The breakfast is only waffles, no fresh eggs or bacon, or anything like that. Just DIY Waffles, Bagels, toast, cereal, coffee, and juice. Other than that, it was good! There is a bar right next door that you can use to enter the hotel. The hotel accommodates requests and tells any extra fees upfront, such as late checkout & I loved that. No elevator- only stairs, but it's only 2 floors anyway. I would go again, I enjoyed my stay- the pool was cold but that's to be expected in May.

Lobby is nice & looks newly renovated. The room was not very clean. There was hair in the tub and floor. The sink was clogged, the water was not hot the bed had what looked like black sock lint on the bed and the room phone did not work. To our a surprise the hotel doea not have an elevator.

When we went to check in was told the room I had booked weeks in advanced was not available. Tried to give us a different kind of room. I need a handicap accessible room that is the reason I book that kind in advance. They charged for my service dog. Then charged me $50 deposit that I understand but just checked account and instead of a refund they charged me another $50. Now I have to fight and wait for that to be cleared up. Not a GOOD place to stay but still laft a $20 tip for cleaner because it was the right thing to do.

We checked in for the night and we left. It was terrible. The room wasn’t clean. The beds weren’t made. Trash on the floor in the hallway. The hotel smelled like pot. People yelling in the hallways and in the room across from the room we were assigned to. Hotel said there is nothing they could do for us. There was dirt- crumbs on the bed. The hotel toilet was nasty. There was a sign that said if you smoke police will be called. Odd because police showed up, but they wouldn’t do anything for us. We had to check out of this hotel and find some where else to stay. No refund because I didn’t book direct with the hotel. I would never go back to this place and I would make sure never to book with the Ramada chain again. I wish I had taken pictures to show everyone. I have stayed at numerous hotels and have never seen a place as gross as this. My girls were horrified by the hotel.

I can’t even review this hotel because I never checked in yet they texted me to check out. They took my money before hand including the deposit which I was paying cash for so it over drew my account. I get 1 night but the whole stay plus the deposit. I did not authorize that. I got attitude when I asked. I tired to cancel fri night and was told that I had to loose one night which was fine it’s was my fault. Than they texted me this morning to check out. Hello what I never even checked in. Than I go back and forth with them and was told that hotels.com had to cancel but they tried for 2 days as well. They keep telling them they did it but clearly they didn’t. They trying to blame hotels.com but it’s their fault not hotels.com. If mangement or owners read this I want a call back.

Went with my family clean inside but then went to get a drink and food at bar Friday night and they wanted a stupid 50$ cover charge and there was barely anyone in there.. never again will we go here bc it was not helpful for easy dinner and breakfast was terrible wasn’t even 10 am yet and everything was gone…

After our last stay at another place, we weren't expecting very much, considering the prices were about the same. Checked in and were amazed. Clean rooms, friendly staff, all sorts of extras. Nice pool, but the best was the free breakfast!

the couch had stains all over it white stains. sheets were dirty,shower was cold, kids screaming in the hallway at 12 midnight. they could have signs or have people be more respectful that others are sleeping, cleaning the rooms better is huge cleaner sheets an towels is a must and broken fixtures on the walls, shower was cold no hot water. hopefully things can get better it was nicer in the beginning so much has changed
