We have stayed here for the past ten years. We go to Glenwood Springs several times every summer to swim at the Hot Springs Pool. This hotel is very basic but we stay there because it is only a mile from the pool. The room has always been very clean, the king size bed is very comfortable and the price is very reasonable. On our most recent stay they had no ice. That was our only complaint.

I really like saving money, but it's important that I'm not staying in nasty places. So, this hotel is perfect and I'll stay here each year I visit Glenwood Springs. It's quaint, has everything I need, doesn't have extras that I don't need that increase the cost of the stay. Super friendly owners and staff. I really enjoyed my time here.

This is a small, independent hotel with great customer service, extremely clean rooms, easy accessibility to town, and it was cozy and comfortable for our stay. Pet-friendly, too!

The front desk employee (owner I think) was very nice and friendly at check in. The property was clean andaintaimed well for a budget hotel. The room itself was nice and had upgraded floors. The TV worked and had a remote. There was a mini fridge and microwave. Very close to amenities. I do wish they changed the towels and trash daily during our multi-day stay. We didn't specifically ask for this service but assumed it would be provided and it was not. Overall the location is great, the price was competitive and the stay was clean, comfortable and we felt safe the entire time. Quiet at night also. Breakfast was ok. I would stay here again.

We arrived late and were happy to know that our reservation was not cancelled. Sid at front desk was very kind and courteous, and we inquired that his sibling lives where my sibling lives as well! Thank you for your service Sid!

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve been in. I’d recommend springing an extra 50 bucks or so for literally any of the others. Our bed had stains on the sheets. If you absolutely can’t afford any other place, the beds are at least comfortable, but not much to speak for beyond that. After going to so many fun and scenic adventures in the town, we dreaded having to come back to sleep in such a badly kept place.

The place was so loud, people having sex, banging objects, machine noises. All night long and no one on staff offered any help. The bathroom was nasty, uncleaned, and the shower had stains. The bed frame was unstable, and the sheets had stains on them. The lights and shades were covered in dust and truly aged.
