Staff were very friendly and helpful - couldn’t have asked for more. The actual hotel is very clean and well kept. However, it is almost split in half in terms of renovation / comfort - both for the rooms and communal areas. Overall comfortable and nice, but could be better for the price point. The half board buffet was a little disappointing in terms of range / quality, but the restaurant staff were very kind. Would go back, but probably wouldn’t take the half board option next time.

Loved the private pool and attractive landscaping. Gal at reception was a complete delight and very helpful during our stay. Food wasn't fabulous quality but the buffet selection was tremendous. Walkable distance to town, maybe 15-20 mins

Very spacious rooms. Our suite had a private pool which was lovely. Very clean facility and service staff was nice. Our only complaint would be the food. Not that it was bad but the breakfast buffet was exactly the same each morning. One of us has food allergies so her choices were very limited.

We had a fantastic stay at Elounda Palm. The room was very nice with a big bed and plenty of room and good shower facilities. The swimming pool and bar area’s were very nice and relaxing. The buffet breakfast was of good quality with wide variety. The hotel as a whole was very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. Elounda village was a 15 min downhill walk away and was great for restaurants and bars and some charming shops. We would get an 8euro cab back to the hotel. Would definitely return to Elounda palm hotel

We had a wonderfully relaxing 8 nights at Elounda Palm. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The Deluxe Infinity Pool Suite we had was lovely, with a spectacular view over the Aegean. The dinner buffet has a variety options to suit most tastes, but it is the Dacos restaurant where the food really shines. The bar is also a great place to relax, and the staff are always attentive and helpful.

Really wanted a massage and spa treatment, but despite me visiting the spa on 3 separate days and waiting 2 to 3 hours on 2 days, nobody showed up. This would really have made my trip perfect, as I was staying at the Elounda golf resort for the previous week, which is not comparable in terms of the cost, so felt this really did ruin my holiday experience as I had to leave the hotel to find other places.

I booked in September 2024, and had the room with a private pool, waking up to the most spectacular sunrise every morning. I loved mostly how the pool is not overlooked by anyone so it really is quite private and huge! The room was lovely, clean and spacious. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Plenty tasty food options. I booked half board, (breakfast and dinner). Any minor issues were sorted efficiently. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Booked a Junior Suite with private pool. Cannot fault our overall experience. Lovely property, friendly staff, nice and clean and dining experience for breakfast and dinner more than adequate. Would definitely recommend. Will visit again without hesitation. Well done Elounda Palm

This hotel was beautiful and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The breakfast was amazing. The views were amazing. We got upgraded to a room with a private pool and it was glorious!! The only thing they don’t have is a bellhop, but we managed to roll our luggage ourselves. Everything else was perfect!

Stayed in a junior suite and having your own pool was amazing. Watching the sunrise was spectacular. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the beds by the pool are so comfortable. It is walkable into the main harbour area where all the bars are but a taxi is only €8 each way. Would visit again and would have a suite again.
