There casting on the tv didn't work. Picked this hotel so we could relax and kick back and it was a disappointment that both times we stayed here the tv didn't work to watch movies

The hotel was still in the process of being renovated with plastic on the carpet along the hallway. The room had a lot of space and the bathroom was accessible with handrails and other features. The beds were comfortable and we slept fairly well. My only complaint was the obnoxious child on the floor above us who was running circles until 2:00 in the morning. I did complain to the front desk and another couple was already there complaining. I didn't know until the next morning that if someone would have made a third complaint they would have moved them. Breakfast was quite adequate and the staff was very friendly.

Large, clean room. Very comfortable bed with the firmness that I like. Bathroom very tiny and although all rooms had been recently renovated there were stains and marks on bathroom wall, the sink had a hairline crack in it and the toilet seat was loose. Only ceiling light was above the room entry and the room lamps didn't provide enough lighting for our liking. Also the desk lamp was not working. Sufficient sound proofing kept out most noises. Decent breakfast with a fair selection. Girl at reception very friendly and immediately provided fresh bre of coffee when asked if current coffee sitting in lobby was still hot. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Currently under renovation, but still able to navagate through. Front desk staff gal was very friendly and efficient. Nice room. Comfy beds. Slept really well. Decent breakfast. Breakfast attendant was attentive so food didn't run out. I liked the wall mural in our room. Pool and hot tub water was crystal clear last night.

The Clarion Pointe is the only hotel due north of the Sioux Falls Airport. That gives it a chance to be a really good alternative in that area. The breakfast/check out am crew is wonderful. Probably the best in the city.
