Great for a last minute beach trip! Great, simple set up that was comfy and good for a couple. The front desk area was beautifully decorated, and location was easy to access a lot not very far away.

We stayed there for three days and it was the best experience that you could have. It was clean quiet anything that we asked the office staff got it right to us no problems. We were between Shops and restaurants let me tell you the motel was one of the most wonderful times that we have had. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff and we will be back.

We loved absolutely everything about this room! It had been remodeled and no detail was overlooked. It was VERY well done! The bed was comfortable and the room was immaculate. The only thing I would change is the door to the outside had opaque glass in it so it was light in the room. We were very happy with our stay!

Beds were comfortable, pool was great. Really enjoyed the grill and fire pit area, would be useful with a longer stay. The room was hot and no way to adjust our air conditioner. By the time we realized this, the office was closed. Staff was very friendly.

WONDERFUL! Would love to return!

What a marvelous place to stay! We had a cottage for the week but decided to stay an extra night to visit family. We need a room for one night on very short notice. Area hotels not already booked were expensive or required a two-night minimum. We booked here with Coast Village Inn. We called to make sure we had a reservation. The staff could not have been nicer, assuring us our reservation was received and they were looking forward to seeing us! Because it was just one night, we shared a room with our son and daughter-in-law. The room was spacious and spotless with a sparkling clean bathroom. Wonderful shower and water pressure. My son mentioned renting cabins side by side for another trip as the beds are so comfortable and we were so impressed with the service!

We were told the property was just taken over by new owner and they are in the process of remodeling. So, I gave it poor marks, but I would wait several months before considering staying there again in hopes that this property improves! TV remotes were not working, and that had nothing to do with remodeling.

There were literally no outlets in the room to plug in a c-pap machine or anything else. Nothing was updated. The towels were paper thin and worn out and there was zero internet in the rooms. It was a very disappointing stay.

stayed for 3 nights and not once did housekeeping come into the room. WiFi was very poor; I've stayed many times along the same stretch of rte. 1 in wells including at this hotel and have never had this poor a WiFi signal. Management had the remote to the AC locked up in the office so you can't control room temperature.

Nice location, clean room. The staff were very friendly. The room was functional if a little spotty on basic comforts - it was missing some of the basic little touches like a hand-towel hook; or a soap tray, shelf, or grab bar in the shower. We did not try the Diner. One mattress was a little too firm and the other was a little too saggy.

It was ok. It’s called an Inn and the picture show a house-like structure but it actually was just a motel. And a lot of money for a motel. But it was clean and comfortable.
