Disappointed, definitely I don't recommend you this hotel. There is not enough people working in each area of the hotel. Long lines on restaurants for dinner because only one restaurant was open for dinner. For lunch was much better. No reservations for a la carte restaurants, reservations are only for timeshare holders, most of the times.
Customer service lies you every time you talk with them.

They don't restock shampoo, conditioner, and soap daily, you have to call service room and request it.
Saul one of the timeshare salesman, tried to trick me the first day, if you don't want to buy a timeshare with them, the best you can do is do not cross more than 3 words with them.
Something good about this hotel are the pools, they have enough pools for everyone around the complex and the pools are clean and beautiful.
I tried to solve some of my problems while I was at the hotel, but they don't care about you. Now they will reply this review with beautiful words, try to demonstrate nicely. But now is too late. They have to take care of their customers while they are at the hotel. Do not spend your money and time here.
