The water pressure in the shower was very weak. We stayed 5 days and we had to go get fresh towels 3 days out of the 5. We never received housekeeping.

Only thing good was the view of the beach from the room. My 1st room door key didn’t work, went to the front desk 3x to change it out. Maintenance guy came the 4th time and dismounted the wiring while I stood by and waited to go in my room. He couldn’t fix it and my room was changed to another floor.

The room was spacious and had an awesome view of the ocean. The pool was not heated, but there were 2 hot tubs that felt great. Reservation desk staff were very helpful.

The staff was helpful but the hotel was not good the lobby was the best part about the hotel. some of the rooms have been renovated and others have not the first room that they had me is the flooring in the bathroom was peeling up and there was a spot of flooring in the bedroom/seating area that was also peeling up as well the sheets where not clean, the queen size bed was two twin mattress on a queen box spring to make a queen bed. The elevators are outside the hotel would not stay again was not the worst place I have stayed and also not the best.

Ok but concerns

The pictures on the site don’t represent the true state of the rooms. Although the room was clean and free of bugs we did notice a lot of rust on all the lamp shades and the balcony door was a major struggle to open even for my husband. We didn’t have a door sign that says do not disturb which isn’t a big deal. When we asked for more towels we had to get pool towels, again not a big deal but does go to show how much traffic this hotel gets. We know there are things out of your control but we were a little bothered by the constant contact high from those around us smoking weed. We couldn’t leave our balcony door open due to it and having kids with us. This was probably our biggest concern.

Room 1211 Terrible

No microwave, even after going to the front desk after checking in and being told I would have one the next day, smoke detector was missing off wall, Rm 1211 and Saturday night receptionist was rude having to re key my card, Only 2 eyes on stove worked and elevators were stinking and dirty

beach view was amazing. floor was dirty when we got to room and once we were laying in bed we could see little black spots on the ceiling. i have a high sensitivity to mold and my nose stayed stopped up the whole time i was there so i am assuming those spots were mold, but i did not want to take the chance of being told to leave when it was only a 2 day trip.

Was the room overall clean? Pretty much. The patio paint on the concrete was bubbles all up and if I went out to watch the waves I would track some of it in. The sliding door I had to struggle with just to open and close. I have stayed at this property in the past and it was in much better shape. Only one restaurant within walking distance which is ok I guess because this area has gotten kinda shady with homeless laying around. I had no issues the one time I did walk to the one restaurant but I felt as I had to keep looking over my shoulder. The price was good and the view was great. On AC unit kept tripping at the plug and had to keep resetting it. Will not stay here again.

Room was decent, bed was comfortable, pillows great. Staff nice. Restaurant and bar closed. Gym closed. Area leading to beach smelled like a litter box. Property needs lots of maintenance upkeep.

Was a good stay, room was ok...we had a kitchen but no silverware or plates,cups, pots and pans..would have been nice...bed was comfy...needs updated a bit and carpets in hallway were dirty...pool outside was very nice...hot tubs were never open

A week stay

We started going here in 2019 and it was a a really nice place to stay. We were there for a week this tome and they never came in our room to tidy up one time. The restaurant isn't open and hot tubs were down for most of the week. We booked a suite with kitchenette and there were no dishes to cook with. We will be looking for another hotel when we go back
