Real Problem

As management is aware our room was flooded both nights of our stay. After the first night we were told that the problem had been fixed but when we got back to the room on the second night the same thing had occurred. However I wish to praise the staff members who were very attentive, Michele, head of housekeeping and Keith, an engineer. They responded. Two others helped, one who mopped up and brought towels, whose name I do not know, and a man named Sanchez who helped the first night.

I got food poisoning from Goose Feathers restaurant Friday August 15th. When I arrived there was half of a toilet roll in the bathroom. Other than that rest of the stay was great.

Mediocre at best and poor service

Disappointed with this hotel. The hotel was tatty to me and the room was the same and felt damp. All our clothes felt damp after being in the room for 2 days. The shower head was loose on the wall and overall tired. For the price paid I feel really disappointed. When booked I didn’t notice we were charged extra to have kids in the room with us which is disgraceful given it’s room only, no breakfast so why an extra charge? My kids didn’t end up staying so wanted this refunding but after waiting 10 minutes for a manager at the desk I had to leave as I was running late for the airport which is again fisappointing. Overall very poor

the staff and location was lovely, but the grounds were tiered and needed some attention….. there was garbage bins over flowing… that being said again the staff was great and the restaurant was fabulous….just needs more care.

The aesthetic of the property was very nice and unique…the cleanliness and upkeep not so much. Our bathroom was full of hair when we arrived. For the price we paid, it was disappointing to see how much of the property was not well-maintained and was also dirty. We wanted to like it more.

Check-in was great. The room was clean. Housekeeping went overboard on carpet cleaner, we had to open a window to get in some fresh air. We were also disappointed the sauna was not working.
