Bed was way too hard to sleep on and pillows were paper thin. Hair was all over the laundry and dead ants in bathroom. Also crumbs everywhere. I think housekeeping needs to do a more thorough job while cleaning the rooms. Front desk agent was amazing though, very helpful and friendly

This hotel is old and shows its age, but for the price it was a good stay. It was a little cold in the room as the heating system is old as well. However the bed and bedding made up for everything else. Probably the most comfortable bed ive slept in for awhile and the sheets were so soft i looked at the tag and ordered a set for myself. All in all a good stay. Staff is super friendly but the breakfast is lacking to say the least.

The price was affordable.. friendly front desk person.. really comfortable room, we had a fireside room. Was nice & romantic atmosphere!! I would go there again.. They had cameras everywhere so I was really comfortable leaving our cars there!

Heat issues and room access after hours
I frequent this hotel. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful during working after hours. Rooms need upgrade but are comfortable for the price. This stay however, heat system is old and terrible. I slept fully clothed with a hoodie on. Also, it was 4am when I had to go to work and my key card did not work. All signs said call the same front desk number for after hours emergencies which failed because there is no one at the desk after 1am.

The staff were great to work with very polite. On the other hand I think they need to either hire more staff or teach the staff they have on what cleanliness means. There was dirt everywhere. I also think they need to do some repairs in some of their rooms. In ours the sink’s faucet was loose, I was afraid I was going to break it. Things are so outdated! They also have pieces of furniture randomly placed where they don’t need to be.

Staff was friendly but.....our bed sheets had some kind of sand or graveley substance on them....found a dead fly in the bed and two in the bathroom. Towels were kind of a mix-and-match, not the same. Our key to the outside building door had been deactivated when we had one full night left to stay. To explain the deactibation, the Desk clerk asked if we had 'extended' our stay....we hadn't, we were already booked for that extra night.

Worst place in my life have stayed. Carpet worn & ripped. Thermostate didn’t work, cold at night with no blankets. Wallpaper peeling on every wall. Furniture beat to hell and belongs in a dumpster. Holes in wall filled by a third grader. Caulk on tub & toilet also looked done by a third grader. Mirror had something fastened and either fell off or removed with smear on mirror. Three rooms were rented by 6 people in the 3 rooms said the same about their rooms. None of us will ever stay again at this dump again.

Never have I been in such a dump. Horrible shape. Everything beat to hell. Walls patched by a second grader. Wall paper pealing everywhere. Thermostat pulls and falls off wall so no temperature adjustments. Anything caulked looks a terrible job (tub & toilet). Carpet seems worn away in room & hallway. Will never stay here again & advise you not to also!

The facility was not what was portrayed in the photos. There were holes in the walls, and mold in the bath tub are. The A/C did not work or the heater and you could not turn it off. They only changed towels once, the housekeeping was basically non-existent. The desk clerk was very unfriendly and rude. the carpet was disgusting, just not a warm-feeling place. Would not stay there again, I asked for a refund thru Expedia and was basically stonewalled.
