There were bugs, alive and dead, all over the room. Our room key wouldn’t work and front desk had to come let us in each time we needed to get in. The outside door was always open and not secured at any time. The staff was nice, but the property lacks anything to be desired.. needs updating and cleaning at a minimum.

Good place to rest
The rooms are recently updated and the beds are fantastic. However, the sign said breakfast at 630. This is the second time i have stayed and had to buy my breakfast because it wasn't even started.

A one night stand
I arrived fairly late at night but had confirmed my reservation earlier in the evening. When I arrived, I was told that there was only one room that had slight ceiling damage in the bathroom from an earlier leak. It was some discoloration, so I decided to take it. I was tired and didn't want to drive. The front desk person was nice and did discount the room. The hotel is pretty much just a place to stop overnight, but I did get the impression that people were living there full time. I did not see any signs of bugs, and the bedding in my room seemed new. There was no comforter on the bed though only a thin blanket. The hotel in general just seemed to need a little maintenance. The breakfast was available, but not a big selection. At least the eggs were fresh cooked and not just reheated. In summary, a place to stay if needed but not much else. The staff was friendly though.

Great beds
It was pretty clear that people live at the hotel which usually isn't an issue but it was super noisy during my stay. Lots of slamming doors overnight and through the night. The room and bed were clean. The mattress is probably top ten for comfort. Breakfast is served late like most hotels so I didn't have a chance to try.

Room was clean but when opened night stand was condoms in one and change in the other. First morning went down to breakfast at 7 was suppose to be ready at 6.30 nothing was ready. Second day was ready. Had a new tv provider so could only have access to less than 6 channels

The pricing is a bit steep for a facility that is not updated and the tv channels do not work. But the staff are always very pleasant.

You have to go through McDonald’s parking lot to get to the property. It seems a little sketchy outside but felt safe once you were in. Quiet for the most part and staff is friendly enough.

The entire stay was good. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The only minor problem was the towel rack in the bathroom was off the wall but in the process of being repaired. They could improve signage for getting to the hotel as it is behind other businesses making it a minor challenge knowing how to enter the parking lot.

No customer service
hotel was reasonably clean and comfortable. there was very little service. Waited several minutes before someone came out to check us in. The continental breakfast had very little food, the refrigerator was broken and all refrigerated food was warm. every vending machine was out of stock. Friday night had a party in the hallway which went on all night. Beer cans and bottles left in hallway. No management to address issues.

Opened the fridge to find it packed with someone's food, opened cans, and the freezer was stuffed with a bunch of bags as well. Woke up and had cotton balls all over as the pillow had a tear and all the stuffing was coming out. Dogs barking in rooms, dirty chairs, no channels on tv.

The bathroom was small and has mold in the corners, tub/shower were dingy, only got 5 channels on the tv and 3 were shopping channels. Vending machines were empty, breakfast was strange to say rhe least. I guess you get what you pay, but seemed high for what you get.

I had booked this hotel a month in advance upon arrival check in was fine the staff was nice we walked upstairs to our room & took 2 steps inside the room & a baby roach ran across the wall we checked behind the mini fridge as 2 more ran down the wall & in the bathroom a rubber glove was hanging out of the ceiling vent we grabbed out bags & walked back out to go to the front desk & a large roach ran past us in the hall the man at the desk apologized & quickly refunded us they also had a couple crackheads roaming the parking lot zero stars do not recommend.

Don't stay here.
Disgusting, no ADA accomodations, very dirty everywhere, completely unacceptable for a hotel we've recently stayed at State Park campgrounds cleaner than this hotel.
