Food is always terrible cold and hugely over priced we were going to be charged €30 for two scrambled egg and toast and two teas until I complained .. egged were not even seasoned .. corridors are littered with dirty plates and dirty glasses all day long it’s revolting .. got room service we had to collect ourselves another night brucetta was two lumps non toasted white bread one tomato cut in half!!!!!!! Absolutely disgraceful ..

Very comfortable business hotel. All good but hate getting taken advantage of with a 10 euros parking fee. Because of this I am unlikely to be back.

Stayed here one time before with no problems thats why i booked again. Hugely disappointed, i had initially booked the winter garden superior room, asked for a room with bath tub and requested a fridge when making the booking as i was travelling with an infant. When i got to the room neighter was available, i was told no winter garden room has a bath tub which is a contradication of what is advertised on the room infomation of the website. The Room was very dusty and smelled of cigarette smoke, the tissue rolls in the bathroom where half used, you wouldn't expect to find this especially in the middle of a pandemic honestly. Had to ask to be moved to a different from, got moved to a family room, not pleased at all as i was looking forward to that particular room i booked and paid more for. Family room had no room temperature control, the heating was on, room was very warm even after turningbof the heater. couldnt open a window overnight as it was too loud.

I have stayed here before and previously I didn't have any issues. My main concern this time was that there was very little reassurance when it came to Covid-19. Upon entrance we were met with an empty hand sanitiser dispenser. There were next to no signage re Covid-19 visible in the hotel except at the main hotel entrance. Other guests were not wearing masks and the staff at the hotel did not seem to mind. I will say that staff did wear masks/visors, although while leaving the restaurant the restaurant manager had taken his off and was swinging it around in his hand while talking to another guest who did not have a face mask on. The rooms were very clean but again there was no reassuance that they had been cleaned to Covid-19 standard. The soap in the bathroom was not anti-bacterial. Overall we both felt very unsafe and will not return until after the pandemic.
