Wonderful stay. The interior rooms could have better lighting. Otherwise wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant was very good. The hotel is very clean.

Fantastic NOLA ambiance two blocks away from Canal. Close enough to the Quarter, and also tucked away when you need to relax. Great lobby/library/bar area to relax and chill.

Charles deserves a raise!!
Charles who was on at the front desk is the literal BEST!!!! He was kind and took the time to separate out our bill when we got there at 11:30 pm. The Eliza Jane is beautiful. Our room was amazing and the tub was to die for !

This hotel is very adult. The attention to detail and color scheme and ambiance all sells mature adult. It's conveniently located that makes walking to all the hotspots a breeze. It's was also quiet and the staff was excellent. I will stay here from now on for all my New Orleans trips moving forward.

Kitschy. Valet is convenient. General lobby ambiance is good… very close to Ruby Slipper and WWII museum. Initially given a room that needed maintenance and cleaning attention - but we were easily switched. Overall average accommodations and experience.

Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was that the hotel is beautiful. I loved the whole ambiance, down to the decor. I enjoyed my time here. Bartender Brian was very welcoming. The only downfall was checking out. When i checked I made a payment that the receptionist told me was for incidentals as well as the resort fee. Only to find out at check out that the resort fee was not paid and that I would have to make another payment. There is no mention of incidentals prior to arriving at the hotel, even though this was not the issue for me. The main issue I had was that the guy checking me out is saying that i didn't pay the resort fee (even though check in lady said I did) and he also had no documentation of what i paid for. Moreover, he was not helpful in settling the so called "miscommunication" and there was also no manager on at the time. He was very rude about it and offered no resolution. Another staff member came on and was able to clarify the discrepancies. I loved the hotel but the front desk personnels need to be on one accord in their communication wirh clients. More training is also needed.
