Great for a quick overnight. Place is clean and efficient. Service is always good. Only downfall was lack of food at 9:15pm after a day of flying. Wish there was room service or something to get a quick bite. Was too late to get anything from on-site restaurant.

Nice to stay right in the terminal!
This hotel was ok. The rooms are small but they were clean. Front desk was kind and polite . A great place to stay if you need to catch a flight the next day. It’s nice that’s it’s in the airport terminal building.

Good SJU Airport Hotel
Great Location, very good staff and restaurant. Would stay again if in San Juan for a couple of nights. Easy to find in the airport. Roof top hot tubs (two). The hotel has washers and dryers for you to do your laundry.."free"!

Disappointed!!
Was not happy with the service, the rooms were dirty and we got there 45 minutes early from my dads funeral. I was very distraught. and had to pay $25 dollars extra to get into our room, which is ridiculous because obviously there were rooms that were ready. What really surprised me is that the outside area on the third floor was much cleaner than the room.

Stayed one night. Got in very late and had no issues with check in nor my room. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is conveniently located within the airport.

Very mediocre stay
Hotel is on the very far end of the airpot building and have to go through a shut-down part of it. Room as quite small, barely a window and the drains didn't drain much at all.
