My 3-day stay for a business convention left much to be desired. First I'll start with the positives: Close enough location to downtown, pet friendly with a small grass area behind the property for your pet to relieve themselves, gas station and eateries close by, kitchenette in room, and overall affordable cost. Also, the gentleman who assisted me (forgot to get his name, blading with glasses was nice). Free parking.
Negatives: Cleanliness is not the best. The lobby was not only noticeably unclean but also had an unpleasant odor. The stench persisted in the elevator and hallways. The walls are paper thin, you can hear full-blown conversations on the other side. Although they had a dog park the attendant at the desk when I asked did not know the location on the premises- I found it on my own. There was litter across the landscaping and I noticed no trash receptacles outside of the property to help mitigate this. The phone in our room did not work, the curtain was hanging off the track, dusty furniture and a big spider web were across the ceiling.
It served its purpose, but I would not stay here again nor recommend it unless dire emergency or the only thing you can afford. I
