The stay here was okay
With the price the stay experience was okay for me. Unlike some other Extended America, this franchise has lobby and the front door will be locked at night which I feel safe. There is coffee and some easy snacks in morning time. But I was expecting they can offer fresh milk... Room is not very clean. The air-con is a bit noisy. Receptionists are nice and glad to help. There are many restaurants around this hotel. Generally the stay here was okay.

My 3-day stay for a business convention left much to be desired. First I'll start with the positives: Close enough location to downtown, pet friendly with a small grass area behind the property for your pet to relieve themselves, gas station and eateries close by, kitchenette in room, and overall affordable cost. Also, the gentleman who assisted me (forgot to get his name, blading with glasses was nice). Free parking. Negatives: Cleanliness is not the best. The lobby was not only noticeably unclean but also had an unpleasant odor. The stench persisted in the elevator and hallways. The walls are paper thin, you can hear full-blown conversations on the other side. Although they had a dog park the attendant at the desk when I asked did not know the location on the premises- I found it on my own. There was litter across the landscaping and I noticed no trash receptacles outside of the property to help mitigate this. The phone in our room did not work, the curtain was hanging off the track, dusty furniture and a big spider web were across the ceiling. It served its purpose, but I would not stay here again nor recommend it unless dire emergency or the only thing you can afford. I

Hotel Harassment
It was uncomfortable as there was persons stalking me through the wall. They turned off my hot water to my room and I had to complain to get it back on as everyone else around me were taking showers but I could not due to their harassment. There was a cockroach in the room & I was being harassed by the other guests next to my room on both sides & above me.

Disappointmented
This location had no available handicapped parking close to our room & no suitcase trolly to transport luggage & belongings from car to the room & upon checking out. There was no ice machine, no privacy curtains so you couldn't open the main curtains without being seen from the outside. The free breakfast was a joke. It was a grab & go setup right by the lobby entrance, offering the absolute bare minimum. The building looked dated & could use a renovation. To be honest this was the worst location we've ever stayed in Sacramento.

The room was decent. There was soap, but no shampoo, lotion, hair dryer or coffee. The hotel says it has a kitchen with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. But if you wanted to use the stove, there’s no pans, dishes or utensils. I certainly would not recommend this hotel.
