Everything was great!

Staff was very friendly. And hotel was just an easy stay. Super clean!!!!

No masks required at check-in but breakfast buffet would not be provided to help stop the spread of CV-19?? Was told there haven’t been that many cases in Cedar City but a HOTEL has people from all over! WHY are masks not required at a location where people who could be coming from ANYWHERE??!! Pull out bed had no linens in the room & was filthy underneath. Front desk phone didn’t work from our room. Called directly. Was told to come down & pick up linens. They were not provided in room or brought up. I asked if house-keeping could come vacuum; no staff on site. Front desk would try & come later. There was barely a roll of toilet paper & no refills. Conditioner was empty. Shower soap was almost gone. MOLD on ceiling in shower. Disappointing.

great hotel!!

Clean, quiet, pet-friendly, easy highway access, close to shops and restaurants. Exactly what we needed for one night.

We like staying at this hotel but this time we were a bit disappointed with COVID going on. No wore masks at the desk, either in the evening or in the morning.

I was expecting during COVID that this room would of been cleaned and sanitized. We found food in our drawers and the carpet looked like it was even vacuumed. When my daughter went down to tell the front desk she didn't seem concerned. Beds are not that comfy, a bit on the hard side.

When we booked our stay we did not realize there would be dogs staying at the hotel. The majority of the night dogs were barking. It was very difficult to sleep with all the barking. It would have been nice to know dogs would be staying at the hotel. When we checked it there was a sign that said, “welcome our four legged friends”. We wish we knew that before we booked our room.

Nice rooms

This was our 2nd hotel we booked in Cedar City. The 1st was a bad experience so we then booked here at Holiday Inn in Cedar City. It was very busy and chaotic when we arrived due to a sudden snow storm and people scrambling to get in out of the weather. The motel appeared to be newer. There was an elevator which was very welcoming especially since we are older travelers. The whole place was clean. Our room was very comfortable and appealing. Everything we needed was in our room. Breakfast was usual with hot foods available. Would stay again.
