Nice Staff

I was not happy to find out that the pool had already been shut down for the season when we arrived. But the employee was very friendly and we decided to stay. He let us look the room over first to make sure we approved of the cleanliness and even got my husband a cup of coffee.

Awful Experience

We had a terrible experience! Remote didnt work ,signed up on line and confirmed but had no record of it. Table lamps flickered when on. No glasses to get a drink. No tub safety strips, husband fell taking a shower. Pillows over stuffed so neck set too high. Door didnt close unless you pulled hard and then to get out I had to yank on it. Outside door didnt work prop open to get in cards ididnt let you in No one at desk had to yell to get registered Bery poor experience

Yikes!

Horribly grimy and unclean. Looked like it had not been clean for months. Service was not very helpful either. Hallway smelled of some sort of illicit substance. Did not feel safe or comfortable but rather uneasy. They did refund one of our nights and our pet fee at least…

First there was a child in the room above us and they were so loud we had to complain because we could not sleep. Management said they warned them twice. Finally, t did stop. The bathroom was so dirty especially around the toilet and the floor, in fact all the floors were so dirty that our feet and socks were black after just walking across the room. But the worst, was the fact that the a/c was not functioning properly and they did not fix it. They merely gave us a fan. I know all places are not the same, but this has put a bad memory to ever want to stay at another Super 8. We asked to at least have a comp for one of our night stays but they said they could not do that. They could only comp us for a additional night stay but we had to get back to our jobs. I would appreciate a full refund of my stay which was $268.60. Thank you for your consideration.

We were not able to stay at this property. It was very unsafe. We didn’t arrive until after 1:30am because we are doing a cross country move. There were many people using drugs and intoxicated on the outside and lobby of the hotel. We were approached by some people in an intimidating manner and we went into the room, it was filthy and people were outside the windows. We left without staying here. Do not stay at this hotel!!

When we arrived, we were put on the 3rd floor, but this Super 8 does not have an elevator. So, I had to walk my suitcase, as well as my 79 year old father's bag, up three flights of stairs. We were put next to two rooms under construction. They were very quiet, but there was still a cloud of dust in the hallway. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly! The comforters on the beds looked like they were leftovers from the 70's. Lastly, when I was using the shower, I noticed that someone's shower sponge as still hanging from the curtain. Not sure how long it had been there.

This hotel was right on our route. It has a good restaurant across the street, which we had breakfast at. It was very quiet. It is on a hillside, however, and not the best if you're handicapped. You cannot pull up to front entrance. Rather, you park and walk up a ramp.
