Hotel muito bom. Cama super confortável, habitação ampla e muito boa, apesar da necessidade de algumas manutenções - sacada. Porta guarda-roupa. Jacuzzi poderia estar mais moderna. Lençois bons, toalhas macias, travesseiros otimos. Jacuzzi nao deu muita vontade de usar. Praia otima com boa infra-estrutura. Hotel precisaria trocar urgente as toalhas de praia - Estao amareladas/encardidas e meio rasgadas nas bordas (coisa que nao deveria ocorrer num Hotel dessa categoria). Cafe da manha excelente, embora o serviço seja muito lento - precisa de paciencia. Acesso ao quarto e a praia é bastante difícil, pois tem muitas escadas. Para ir a praia tem opcao de ir caminhando (descendo escadas…. E bastante!) ou pede serviço do hotel para te levar. Pessoal da recepçao educados mas nao nos ofereceram o vinho que tinhamos como cortesia pelo VIP ACESSO do hotel.com. Tivemos que pedir no dia seguinte.

We were supposed to arrive on Tuesday Sep 24, but Hurricane John hit Oaxaca. Our flight was cancelled and we couldn't make it. We were not able to go to Huatuclo. The day before (Monday Sep 23) we called the Hotel Quinta Real, but they said we had to cancel via Expedia. We tried via Expedia several times, but they could not reach the hotel. While I understand the hotel cancellation policy, it was completely out of our control to not be able to go. We are very disappointed that a refund was not issued. Even more because we have been before to this hotel and it is VERY nice. We used to recommend it, but will think about that in the future.

First of all the grounds are gorgeous, our room was ready, incredibly clean and the view was magical. The staff was warm and welcoming. On the second night there was a backup in our bathroom , roots were clogging the pipes.we were told we had to change rooms and it was rather late. I was really rather upset after unpacking and getting comfortable we were ready to rest for the evening. I really just wanted to enjoy my trip. The manager Claudia was very understanding and warm. She upgraded our room to the Presidental suite, which by the way is out of this world beautiful. The room wasn’t quite ready so she apologized and offered a complementary breakfast because of the hassle of not only changing rooms but having to wait for them to fix the air conditioner and clean the room. Again they kindly stepped up and we were offered a complimentary massage , which by the way was an amazing one. It isn’t just the fact that they made up for the inconvenience in the best of ways, but that Claudia did it with such sincere kindness. The main director came by at breakfast the next day and gave me a really pretty hand carved heart and apologized. Such a sweet gesture. It’s hard to find that kind of heart felt treatment nowdays and I will never forget them or the most beautiful room we have ever stayed in. Claudia went far beyond her call of duty and we will never forget her or the incredible experience of all the workers at this one of a kind hotel. Pool and beaches wow!!

Bonito pero le falta mantenimiento y vida.
El hotel es bonito pero le falta mantenimiento to, no había muchos huéspedes a pesar de ser temporada alta, el ambiente en el hotel es muy tranquilo, así que no lo recomiendo mucho para familias con jóvenes pero si para parejas.
