Wonderful hotel for pet ownerd

Traveling with pets can be really hard, but our fur babies were welcomed with open arms & had nice grassy spaces to tend their business. Room was clean & beds super comfy. The restaurant offered a nice selection for dinner & they were kind enough to bring our order to the room.

Overall good..but pool is broken

The hotel was nice, clean, and located right off the highway, which helped us get to things. However, the pool has been down for a year now and there is no sign or indication of when it will be fixed. We had no indication of the pool situation when we booked or we would have went somewhere else for the sake of our kids. Thankfully there was a nice park 10 minutes away that we found that salvaged things a bit. We also dont like the fact that breakfast isnt included, but I was aware of that when I booked...having a Walmart and Dunkin helped with that. Overall, the hotel was nice and staff was friendly, but if you are loo for a pool, id call before you book because they don't know when it will be fixed

The hotel looks as if it needs cleaned and remodeled. Furniture in lobbies dirty and worn and the furniture in our room had trim popping out of material.

Overall good, avoid of sensitive to fragrance

The building and decor in lobby are nice. Hubby liked the breakfast. I had an allergic reaction to the scents in the lobby and in my room. As soon as you enter the front lobby, you are blasted with a scent from somewhere. And there was a strong cleaner scent in the rooms. The rooms are overall clean, but could stand vacuuming along the corners and high areas. The furniture is battered in the rooms.

I would thought a hilton would be better

They dont clean the a/c vent very good or under the mattress, they charge for water bottles. The bathroom how ever the toilet seat was bent and the tub was pleaning ,and chips in the bottom of tub. Plus it didnt say on hotels Com the pool or hot tub wasnt working

Business trip - Warm and Friendly Staff

I stay here monthly. The staff are warm and friendly. Staff member, Tami, and the morning restaurant staff and chef always make sure that I am comfortable and that my stay goes well. I will be back next month.

Very Disappointing!!!

I was highly disappointed when we got there and found out the pool and spa was closed “until further notice!” That would have been nice to know when I booked the room. That was one of the main reasons we were staying the night! I booked one of the suites which was extremely rundown and the furniture looked like it was straight out of the 90’s. A lot of stains and worn cushions on the couch. Definitely not worth almost $200 that I paid for it. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone!

Old & dated

Very dated. Toilet overflowed 1 hour in and had to move to another room. That room the toilet handle was broken. The tub water wouldn’t drain out completely. Carpet was not vacuumed. Pool & hot tub closed since Oct but not disclosed during booking. Staff was very friendly, not their fault the hotel was so dated
