Very friendly person checked us in. Big, clean room with most of the accessories (big tv, fridge, microwave). Just missing a hair dryer. Minor issues: A slow drip on the bathtub faucet. (I'm a conservationist). Bathroom exhaust fan a bit noisy. Might want to replace it. Glad to see most lighting was led.

Wouldn’t stay again

We got a non-smoking room but it smelled like a smoking room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and none of us got any sleep

Needs repairs

This was just a stop over for us - a last minute booking. The prices were very reasonable but our room was rough. Clean enough, but the beds and pillows were pretty bad and the state of our bathroom was absolutely terrible: - shower head broken - ceiling tiles broken - tub basin cracked and stained Sometimes you just need a place to rest, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Filthy.

Checked in to find the room was filthy. Stains and mold in the bathroom. Stains on chairs and carpet. Stray dog disrupting others. Not provided with room type requested at check in. Only stayed a few minutes before asking the manager for a refund. She willingly agreed and shared that she would approve once hotels.com gave authorization. They did but she never responded to them so refund denied. Don’t care so much about the refund but DON’T ever stay here unless you enjoy unclean rooms and an insecure hotel

Not worth it. You get what you pay for

Fruit flies swarming the sink. Nasty smell in the room. Bathroom ceiling had holes and water damage, floors had burn holes walls where dirty with some kind of splatter. Counch was very old with a less old couch cover. Bed was surprising soft but springy. Desk and dresser where sticky and very warn. People out side smoking all over some smoking pot.

Needs TLC

Hotel is clearly becoming dated and could benefit from better upkeep and repairs, especially regarding bathroom. No cold water readily available at breakfast, nor access to bathrooms (we'd already checked out). Homeless person entered the breakfast lobby and began interacting with my young kids and me intrusively. Hotel staff was outside gossiping instead of tending to guests. Felt unsafe.
