Cet hôtel porte vraiment bien son nom. En l’espace d’un an, nous sommes partis trois fois dans cet hôtel ce qui n’est pas du tout dans nos habitudes nous qui voyageons beaucoup. Nous nous sommes tellement sentis bien que nous y sommes retournés pour le bien être et les plaisirs procurés . Le point fort de cet hôtel c’est le personnel qui est là pour vous à chaque instant: le matin au petit déjeuner, à la piscine, à la mer, aux restaurants, aux bars, dans votre chambre. Vous êtes choyés!!! La chambre est spacieuse avec un lit King size, vue sur l’immensité de la mer, faite chaque jour avec l’envie de faire plaisir en créant avec des serviettes des animaux….

Best resort ever

My partner and I stayed at the resort just outside of Hurghada. The moment we arrived the process was seamless, the staff put us at ease right away, they took care of our check in whilst we enjoyed our welcome drinks. Mr Khaled Helmy in particular went above and beyond, really went the extra mile it seemed. We arrived quite late and they offered to make us something to eat, so we opted for the burgers and omg it just hit the spot after a full day of travelling. The staff, including concierge, receptions etc made us feel at home, we asked them if I could have fruit and yoghurt sent to the room etc and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food in general was great, gala night stood out in particular with all the onsite restaurants coming together in the main restaurant. It was also my wifes bday during our stay and they decorated the room beautifully for the occasion and they tried to arrange a private beach candlelight dinner. The resort was very well kept, the landscaping was a work of art. Little things like keeping it bug free everywhere. The resorts private beach was by far the nicest of all the other resorts, they regularly take your drinks orders around the pool and beach. The salt water pool is great as you get to float around. I would come back to this resort for sure, it's in a league of its own.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Le Reve Hotel in Hurghada, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable service and attention to detail. We opted for the Jacuzzi suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the Jacuzzi added a touch of luxury to our stay. Special thanks to Mohammed at the reception for ensuring our accommodation was nothing short of perfect. The culinary experience at the hotel was equally outstanding. The variety and quality of food surpassed our expectations, with a different menu offered each day, ensuring that we never had the same meal twice. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyment of our dining experience. One particular highlight of our stay was the exceptional customer service demonstrated by Omar during the checkout process. He went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a later checkout time, allowing us to relax and enjoy our final moments at the hotel without any rush. Ein super geführtes Hotel, das keine Wünsche offen lässt und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt garantiert. Das Personal ist fantastisch! Einziges Problem sind die Reservierungen der Sonnenliegen - bereits ab 7 Uhr morgens sind die meisten Gäste schon unterwegs um Plätze zu belegen. Das kann man wohl trotz Verbot und ausreichendem Platzangebot nicht unterbinden, schade!

The hotel was very clean and loved the proximity to the beach. I was concerned about the safety of the beach but they thought of everything and we felt extremely safe. The only improvement is the Wi-Fi. Not a deal breaker at all because they offered entertainment every night. It felt a lot like being on a cruise.
