This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Only complaint is the lunch options. Lunch here is pretty bad and needs improvement. Breakfast and lunch are okay.

I stayed here for two days the wall are paper thin because I could hear other people in the next room. I hate that you have to make reservations for dinner. Other than that it's. great place . O can stay here again.There building a W hotel nearby from here.

The rooms and beds are ugly.The cribs are dirty and rusty. When you taking a shower the water was running out all over the floor, a mess!! I hated the rooms.

Beware. We were told the booking was not paid for up or arrival, and they asked for cash. We provided the email confirmation from Expedia and they claim that they did not have it in their system. We then contacted Expedia, and their customer service representative could not get in contact with the hotel as no one answered the phone. We paid cash for the evening and we're provided a room that was beyond filthy. Went back to reception and they admitted that they had given our room away since we arrived late in the evening and didn't think we were making it, that the system was down at the moment, and that they would resolve things in the morning. Went through all of this with zero compensation. The food and hotel amenities are not worth it. Go elsewhere!

My stay was quite a trip ! As we arrived the front desk was awesome! Everything after that went down hill.our initial stay was 4 days 3 nights after the second day we were ready to leave ! My 3 year old daughter will forever be traumatized. During the kids show the teacher humiliated my child in front of the audience by totally disregarding her after she had finished with All the other kids first she stated she was too small then proceed with my child friend which was the same age as her spoke no Spanish but was Caucasian. She hurt my child feeling so much she cried herself to sleep. All she wanted was to go back home as she only wanted to follow what all the other kids had done and the lady totally treated her like she was nothing ! My child knows nothing about racism or neglect and this experience had weighed really big on me as I never witness such thing! I will never stay at this hotel ever again and never recommend it because of it! Now the rooms were decent but when we arrived inside of our room there was hair all around the bathroom , on the pillows and on tables we had cleaning come back up to clean and change pillow cases. But really not sanitary 2nd situation was our last day at breakfast before check out we sat down at a table the waitress literally grabbed our cups to make up another empty table . Very disrespectful at that point I lost it . I give this place 1 star only for the front desk and the resort in itself has a nice set up !
