Relaxing & calming

It was very nice and quiet hotel which I loved. When you get in from the chaos of Times Square this place is definitely relaxing , calming and the front desk people are so nice! I give the cleanliness a 4/5 because I did see some hairs in my bed but it’s okay. I would deff stay her again

Très bon emplacement

L’hôtel est évidemment très bien placé, à 2 minutes de Times Square. Côté propreté, tout était parfait : le service de ménage passait tous les jours. Le seul bémol est le bruit de la rue passante. En effet, notre chambre donnait sur la rue devant l’hôtel, qui était très, très bruyante, aussi bien la nuit que la journée.

Budget friendly, superb location!

To get your head down to sleep rather than lounge about in your room type hotel. For us being four, the room was literally two beds in it and a bathroom but we had enough room for our suitcases and all the paraphernalia that comes with holidaying. It was just a short stay in NY before moving on to another stay which was an actual holiday rather than city sightseeing. The hotel is slap bang in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go so location was what sold us. It was perfect! It was however loud at night (which we expected anyway!), the air conditioning unit was right next to one of the beds (which were a little uncomfortable), but we were so tired from our days out and jet lagged, we knew nights would be a bit difficult/restless!!! Overall if you want somewhere that is well priced, has a brilliant location for Times Square, Broadway, together with lots of places to visit, I’d definitely recommend it. If, however, you want luxury, I wouldn’t. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we felt safe. If we visit NY again, I would stay here without hesitation!

Hôtel très bien situé qui a rendu les déplacements à New York très faciles. La climatisation faisait beaucoup de bruit bien que nous l'éteignions... Ménage fait tous les jours, très agréable. Serviettes changées tous les jours, pas très écolo mais on ne va pas s'en plaindre. Personnel très sympathique, serviable, à l'écoute

Great location, but small beds that sagged to the middle. When we left our bags to explore before our flight out, they just told us to put them in a hallway near others. No tickets and no accountability for which bags belong to which people.

Great location to Times Square

Great location to Times Square and midtown. The hotel is in good condition, with good management and reasonable prices. They helped coordinate a lost and found item for me no problem. Bed comfort was reasonable and the bathrooms were updated etc. Would recommend.
